Second time using Precision Door for my garage door needs. First time they came out & replaced a broken spring & it made sense to replace both because of age. Today Precision Door came out as one of my garage door opener motors had problems ( usage & age )& I decided to replace the garage door opener that included : motor, track with belt (instead of old chain technology that was original ) hand opener “clicker”, electric opener for inside garage, eye balls for bottom safety door closure . I was very impressed with Samuel Blocker the Tech that removed old garage door opener & installed the new system. Samuel was very knowledgeable , professional,quick, polite , cleaned up work site & went thru the operating system with me . I was so impressed with Samuel & Precision that we are going to replace the other garage door opener & have it scheduled . Precision’s office was polite & easy to communicate with on phone in setting an appointment ( no need to wait for several days for a Tech to come out like other company’s I’ve tried & give an estimate or “texting “ as a form of communication to potential customers ) & what’s most impressive was that the fact that they were reasonably priced & Samuel did not try to upsell me on anything not needed .. just gave me a few options on garage door openers & made it easy for me to make an informed decision on what worked for our needs ! This is the second garage door we have had installed. We were pleased with the first on back garage so when we wanted a front garage door we called Precision. Both times the service men were excellent in installation and telling us what we needed to do and watch for. The ladies on the phone were also clear and patient in telling us when and what to expect. Even with a good product, it takes good people caring and doing their best to keep getting business. You also have good ads that advertise a door could be checked to see if it could be safely fixed. This causes trust also

I picked your company because it was the first one that answered the phone on Friday night. Also a very pleasant and courteous young lady answered all my questions and set me up an appointment. Awesome service! I called on a Saturday morning (others were closed for the weekend) and the technician came within a few hours. He was a nice young man who fixed me right up. I bought a new remote and he fixed the old one so now I have a backup! If I need a new garage door opener (mine is probably 25 yrs old) I will definitely call them. The technician gave me a quote that was certainly affordable and of course better than the one I have. I had him put a sticker by my wall opener so I can easily call them.
