Texting before arrival. Called before arrival. Assessed the problem and fixed it. Samuel answered my question about how often to lube the joints and spring. Advised me of spider webs can also interfere with the sensors. The remote, sensor and the door button were not the problem. But it was the adjustment needed that he fixed. He has a good eye for mechanical functions. It took just a few minutes and the door quietly does it's job. Excellent professional A+. (A simple but very important adjustment. A+.

We are thrilled with the service we received yesterday. The hard-wired pad on our Lift Master opener would not function after a power surge had tripped the breaker. I thought we needed to replace the pad, so bought a new one online, but it would not function either. It was discovered to be a wiring problem in the wall of the house that the technician quickly solved. No replacement parts needed, just know-how from someone with experience. Time and money well spent.

Precision Door installed the garage door in my shop. They did good quality work installing the door and I wanted the same quality service for the opener installation. Precision Door did do a quality job of installing the door opener. Installer took the time to explain the operation of the opener, remote touch pad, and the wired opener. I was impressed when the technician, Samuel, called me two hours before my scheduled appointment to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and would arrive within the hour. Once we agreed on the estimate, he completed the repairs in a timely manner and made sure to clean up afterward — which, honestly, is rare these days.
