I was impressed when the technician, Samuel, called me two hours before my scheduled appointment to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and would arrive within the hour. Samuel was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything in detail and provided three different, well-outlined estimates for the needed work. Once we agreed on the estimate, he completed the repairs in a timely manner and made sure to clean up afterward — which, honestly, is rare these days. As a bonus, he even lubricated all the moving parts on my garage door before leaving — something I didn't expect but truly appreciated. Awesome service! I called on a Saturday morning (others were closed for the weekend) and the technician came within a few hours. He was a nice young man who fixed me right up. I bought a new remote and he fixed the old one so now I have a backup! If I need a new garage door opener (mine is probably 25 yrs old) I will definitely call them. The technician gave me a quote that was certainly affordable and of course better than the one I have. I had him put a sticker by my wall opener so I can easily call them.

Second time using Precision Door for my garage door needs. First time they came out & replaced a broken spring & it made sense to replace both because of age. Today Precision Door came out as one of my garage door opener motors had problems ( usage & age )& I decided to replace the garage door opener that included : motor, track with belt (instead of old chain technology that was original ) hand opener “clicker”, electric opener for inside garage, eye balls for bottom safety door closure . I was very impressed with Samuel Blocker the Tech that removed old garage door opener & installed the new system. This is the second garage door we have had installed. We were pleased with the first on back garage so when we wanted a front garage door we called Precision. Both times the service men were excellent in installation and telling us what we needed to do and watch for. The ladies on the phone were also clear and patient in telling us when and what to expect. Even with a good product, it takes good people caring and doing their best to keep getting business. You also have good ads that advertise a door could be checked to see if it could be safely fixed.
