Your company installed a new garage door opener on March 27, 2017. Within two months the remotes and wall unit stopped working properly. This past weekend the opener stopped working properly and your technicians came out last Tuesday June 20th made some adjustments and the door worked fine until this morning. I just placed a call requesting another service call this morning Thursday June 22nd. The opener is not working at all now. Been pleased with the attitude of the techs you sent, appreciate the quick response. very dissatisfied with the product. $500 is a lot of money for a product especially one that does not work properly work properly or at all less than three months after installation

The workmen were awesome, I had no problem with them. They were incredibly professional and explained to me everything they were doing. My issue was that the base price they gave was over twice what the woman on the phone told me. I understand that over-the-phone estimates are just ball park figures, but I told her my problem, a broken torsion spring, and she quoted me the service fee and parts. She said nothing about an additional assembly fee which almost doubled the price. I was under the impression that the repair would be under $200. When I called around, I was quoted a price in the same area. I chose this company because of the good reviews and how frank the woman on the phone was. Imagine my surprise when I was quoted a baseline of $350 upwards to $600. They did knock off the service fee since I mentioned the promotion the woman told me about, but even with this discount, it was twice the amount. While I have agreed to the price, and paid, I can't help but feel that it was a little bit of a bait-and-switch. I'm not sure what can be done to stop this from happening in the future, but if, after the warranty expires, I do have another issue with my garage door, I will be thinking twice about calling your company again.

I apologize for the confusion with over the phone pricing and the pricing given to you while the technician was at your home. It is difficult to give pricing over the phone due to the customer service representative not being in your garage to determine the exact problem. We do provide free repair estimates and you are not obligated in any way to move forward with the options the technician presents to you. We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately.
