I contacted Precision because they have a good reputation and carry good products. What I also learned quickly was they have very good employees, Joe Baggett took a lot of time assessing my needs. He explained my options. He explained what I didn’t understand. The most fantastic thing was their company actually was able to do the work same day! Hayden Constantine was my Techician. He was prompt, he was able to have all work finished around 4pm. My morning started bad. My garage door wouldn’t open. I am a senior. I could not get it up manually. I felt trapped. Called Precision and had help within an hour. Thank y’all.

Sam was the technician assigned to help with with my garage project. I was surprised that they could schedule me same day for an appointment. His work was professional and greatly appreciated. He volunteered to help with other smaller details of the project I could have done but not as fast as he could. Im not sure if the technician fixed the problem with our door. The door hesitates when closing at about 3'-4' from closed. The tech adjusted the motor to what he said was an increase in the closing power of the opener. I thought that gravity over coming the door opener's resistance (and springs). The door closes but. the hesitation is still there. When you look at the door from the outside, it looks like the closed door his slightly higher one side. We have a 155 mph rated door. I may have another company look at the problem to see if they come up with the same solution.

We are thrilled with the service we received yesterday. The hard-wired pad on our Lift Master opener would not function after a power surge had tripped the breaker. I thought we needed to replace the pad, so bought a new one online, but it would not function either. It was discovered to be a wiring problem in the wall of the house that the technician quickly solved. No replacement parts needed, just know-how from someone with experience. Time and money well spent.

We had a lightning strike at our home causing unthinkable damage. I called two different companies and left messages for someone to please call me back. The third call was to Precision, and they answered the phone on the second ring. I made an appointment for an inspection the next day. Joe came out and looked over the two garage doors and offered several options. He sat down with my wife and I so that we could make the best decision; and then, Joe went to his truck and immediately installed exactly what we asked for from Precision. A few days later, Joe stopped by to install one small part that was not critical but needed to be done. He reset my garage door for the tailgate on my car and helped program my daughter's visor to open and close the new doors. You get what you pay for and the quality of service and product from Precision Garage Door is 5/5

My garage door stopped working and after some troubleshooting I determined that the spring broke. I called a couple other garage door repair companies, but they weren’t available for service e calls until the following week. I called Precision based on a recommendation from a neighbor, and they were able to send a technician out same day. I was given a two hour window for arrival time, received a text notifying me of which service tech was coming to my home that even included his picture, and the technician, Antonio, called when he was 15 minutes away to give me a heads up. I was incredibly impressed by the communication I received, even before my technician arrived. Antionio provided truly exceptional service, and even went out of his way to thoroughly explain the issue, as well as the recommended solutions, and showed me some preventative maintenance steps I should incorporate into my home maintenance routine. I was incredibly grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
