This company is great! The customer service is something to talk about. The communication from the initial call in to all the follow up calls and texts messages are fantastic. The text that introduces the technician is great! Precision Garage Doors are also great at what they do. What they fabricated for us was wonderful and beyond expectation. We have only had two issues ever and each time they came right out and took care of it. Even when one was just ignorance on my part and fear I might mess something up. Im not sure if the technician fixed the problem with our door. The door hesitates when closing at about 3'-4' from closed. The tech adjusted the motor to what he said was an increase in the closing power of the opener. I thought that gravity over coming the door opener's resistance (and springs). The door closes but. the hesitation is still there. When you look at the door from the outside, it looks like the closed door his slightly higher one side. We have a 155 mph rated door. I may have another company look at the problem to see if they come up with the same solution.

He did try to look at the problem with no success. The service performed is incorrect below, but I have to select something to submit the review.
