We are thrilled with the service we received yesterday. The hard-wired pad on our Lift Master opener would not function after a power surge had tripped the breaker. I thought we needed to replace the pad, so bought a new one online, but it would not function either. It was discovered to be a wiring problem in the wall of the house that the technician quickly solved. No replacement parts needed, just know-how from someone with experience. Time and money well spent.

I called with a problem with my garage door on Monday morning & was first told between 12 & 2 that day, but the technician (Richard) called me and said he could come on to look at my problem before 10 AM.
