Im not sure if the technician fixed the problem with our door. The door hesitates when closing at about 3'-4' from closed. The tech adjusted the motor to what he said was an increase in the closing power of the opener. I thought that gravity over coming the door opener's resistance (and springs). The door closes but. the hesitation is still there. When you look at the door from the outside, it looks like the closed door his slightly higher one side. We have a 155 mph rated door. I may have another company look at the problem to see if they come up with the same solution.

He did try to look at the problem with no success. The service performed is incorrect below, but I have to select something to submit the review.

Texting before arrival. Called before arrival. Assessed the problem and fixed it. Samuel answered my question about how often to lube the joints and spring. Advised me of spider webs can also interfere with the sensors. The remote, sensor and the door button were not the problem. But it was the adjustment needed that he fixed. He has a good eye for mechanical functions. It took just a few minutes and the door quietly does it's job. Excellent professional A+. (A simple but very important adjustment. A+.

Had a 12 X 10 door not closing correctly all the time and was getting worse. Looked on line as we are new to the area and found Precision Garage Door that had many reviews that were all good. Called they scheduled me right away and had the door working correctly in 24 hours from the first call to them. Very good. They sent Andrew to look at what we had going on and he figured it out quickly. The door needed a track adjustment was all. If I need garage door work again they will be the first call and I will request Andrew if available.
