Texting before arrival. Called before arrival. Assessed the problem and fixed it. Samuel answered my question about how often to lube the joints and spring. Advised me of spider webs can also interfere with the sensors. The remote, sensor and the door button were not the problem. But it was the adjustment needed that he fixed. He has a good eye for mechanical functions. It took just a few minutes and the door quietly does it's job. Excellent professional A+. (A simple but very important adjustment. A+.

Had a 12 X 10 door not closing correctly all the time and was getting worse. Looked on line as we are new to the area and found Precision Garage Door that had many reviews that were all good. Called they scheduled me right away and had the door working correctly in 24 hours from the first call to them. Very good. They sent Andrew to look at what we had going on and he figured it out quickly. The door needed a track adjustment was all. If I need garage door work again they will be the first call and I will request Andrew if available.

Precision had installed our system at least 10 years ago, so after that good experience, I called them Wed afternoon and got an appt for Thurs aft which became Thurs morning because the tech got through with his first call early. We are thrilled with the service we received yesterday. The hard-wired pad on our Lift Master opener would not function after a power surge had tripped the breaker. I thought we needed to replace the pad, so bought a new one online, but it would not function either. It was discovered to be a wiring problem in the wall of the house that the technician quickly solved. No replacement parts needed, just know-how from someone with experience. Time and money well spent.
