I contacted Precision because they have a good reputation and carry good products. What I also learned quickly was they have very good employees, Joe Baggett took a lot of time assessing my needs. He explained my options. He explained what I didn’t understand. The most fantastic thing was their company actually was able to do the work same day! Hayden Constantine was my Techician. He was prompt, he was able to have all work finished around 4pm. My morning started bad. My garage door wouldn’t open. I am a senior. I could not get it up manually. I felt trapped. Called Precision and had help within an hour. Thank y’all.

My door had been done almost a week waiting on someone to come out. I live in a nice neighborhood, but I didn’t like the fact that my wife had to go outside and get in her vehicle. This company is great! The customer service is something to talk about. The communication from the initial call in to all the follow up calls and texts messages are fantastic. The text that introduces the technician is great! Precision Garage Doors are also great at what they do. What they fabricated for us was wonderful and beyond expectation. We have only had two issues ever and each time they came right out and took care of it. Even when one was just ignorance on my part and fear I might mess something up.
