We called on a Sunday morning when our garage door would not open. We were scheduled between 10-12. It wasn’t long before we had a call from Antonio. He came out and diagnosed we had a broken spring. Since the garage door is close to 15 years old we opted to have more than the spring fixed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out he had the parts needed and could do the repairs right then. I needed some work done to my garage doors and saw Precision Garage on Halls Mill Road so I gave them a call. They responded immediately. I had two service technicians (Tommy and Juan) come out the next day and found I had more problems than I knew about. They explained everything, showed me what they were talking about gave me a quote on the spot. I approved the quote and they immediately got to work.
