While the serviceman was challenged to arrive within the 2 hr window, ‘Hannah’ was informative and apologetic. Technician Joe Drake arrived, and man, was this guy a ‘Garage Door Beast! Like a PHd in Garage Doorology! He made smooth, focused assessment and was absolutely magical in adjusting all the moving (& NOT moving) parts of my system. Much detailed, comprehensive and graciously educational as he addressed elements needing maintenance…even reprogrammed my in-car Garage door opener…with ease. I will eventually need a new Garage door opening Motor. Precision is absolutely in a league of their own, and ‘Dr. Drake’ the Obijuankinobe’ of Garage Door Magicians! Thanks too, for reasonable pricing, but for exceptional service!

This is the way I want to be treated as a customer. Yes, I'm a boomer and grew up in an era when great customer service was normal, not an exception. However, my experience with Precision Garage Door and the Technician, Blake Turberville, was far above expectations. Blake was very knowledgeable, provided a variety of options, answered every question, and did not once try to upsell me. Unbelievably, Blake completed substantial work on the first visit. He had everything he needed to complete the job. Highly reccomend.

When we called for help with the garage door your people set us up with a technician very quickly. Antonio called us shortly and told us when he would be there. He gave us a quick evaluation and estimate of the options available. When we made our selection, he did a very fast repair/replacement job and left behind no mess or parts. I would recommend Precision for door problems and Antonio is a great technician. He's a nice guy and communicates what is going on and what we need to do very well. Imagine going about your day and you hear a noise so loud you think a car ran into your house! Come to find out it was a spring that popped. So we called Precision and they sent out the BEST technician we have ever encountered, Antonio Gilchrist. When I called Precision Garage Door, they were able to schedule a visit within 24 hours. I was impressed when the technician, Samuel, called me two hours before my scheduled appointment to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and would arrive within the hour. Samuel was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything in detail and provided three different, well-outlined estimates for the needed work. Once we agreed on the estimate, he completed the repairs in a timely manner and made sure to clean up afterward — which, honestly, is rare these days. As a bonus, he even lubricated all the moving parts on my garage door before leaving — something I didn't expect but truly appreciated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Mobile, and if you can, definitely ask for Samuel. Outstanding service from start to finish!
