When I called in on 9/6/26, I was misled about when someone might come to my house for the repair. I was given a definite date of 9/8/26 but was told I was on the "Will Call" list. I understood this to mead someone would come that day or the next day for the repair. Obviously, no on showed up on those two days. The inspector (1st man) showed up on 9/8/26. No repairs, only an estimate. The pricing for the spring replacement and possibly a few other minor repairs were close to $1,000. Outrageous in my opinion but you did ask for my honest opinion. I was also hit with a repair upgrade that was close to $1,500. I was told the actual repair guy would be here by 10:00 am. It is now 10:45 am and just called me. The pricing is way too expensive, but I have to be able to get into my garage. Your company put in my whole system some years ago and were very reasonable. I now feel I am being taken advantage of in this situation. Again, you asked for my honest opinion. Not sure if I will ever recommend your company to anyone.

We were very impressed with Richard and Hayden and our experience with Precision Garage Door. Our opener failed in the morning and they were able to install a new one the same day! Richard explained what happened with our old opener and all the options we had. Hayden installed and showed us how to operate our new opener. The new opener is so quiet! And we like having the extra code box on the outside. We highly recommend this company and their service people.

Very satisfied with the entire process. Both people that came were very professional and helpful answering all my questions. Only question I have is I bought the LDCO801 it comes with 2 remote controls I don’t think it’s right to remove one of the remotes and then sell it back to me when I already paid for it. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the whole process. I will recommend Precision to people I know.

Dwayne Moore was our technician and I cannot say enough about his performance. He was very professional and he took the time to explain what was needed to repair our garage door and bring it up to maximum efficiency! It works better now than it ever has since our home was built in 2019! Before the breakdown, it had always been very noisy. After Dwayne finished, you could barely hear it operate! Dwayne is a very pleasant young man who truly cares about his work and his customers. He basically rebuilt our garage door! Kudos to Dwayne Moore and to Precision Garage Door Service!
