February 25, 2025, Mr. Michael Buckley, Technician came out to repair my garage door. Mr. Buckley is very professional in his approach to making an assessment of repairs to be completed. He pointed out and communicated clearly all that needed to be completed. He professionally presented available options. Mr. Buckley completed all repairs in timely manner. Overall, Mr. Buckley is a valuable asset to the company he represents.

Our technician Richard Jones was as professional as they come. The young man knew the answer to every question I had and literally changed my mind from a temporary fix with a one year warranty to having my door completely redone for the long haul, 10 years. I always want to do things myself and take pride in that as well as I don’t like to pay for something I can do, but his professionalism made me trust him and his ability. Well done young man. The only company we trust to fix an overhead door problem. Today the problem was larger than we had anticipate. Lawrence explained the situation and gave us options. We agreed on the fix and Lawrence proceed to install a new system, programed the cars to open the door. Oil all the moving parts. Job well done.

I originally had an appointment Booked for Saturday Morning between 8am - 1000am November 23rd, to my very pleasant Surprise I got a call from Precision on that Friday Afternoon the Day before, offering me a Slot that was Open for that Friday Evening. I accepted an appointment for 430pm. Joe the Technician arrived and after Checking my Garage Door and diagnosing the problem, Joe explained everything to me, did the repairs and was finished in less than a Half Hour. My Garage Door is now working like New ! Joe was very Cordial, a pleasure to talk to, and very Knowledgeable and Professional, leaving me with some good info and tips about how to properly maintain my Garage Door. I rate 5 plus Stars, would call Precision again, and would highly recommend !
