My door would not open so I called 3 different companies for service. 2 of the 3 would be 2 days before service but Precision was at my within and hour & a half. A broken spring was the problem. An associate of Matthew's brought the parts and the door repair was completed less than 2 hours. Matthew did a great job. Knowledgeable, polite and ready to discuss Alabama football. ROLL TIDE!

I called your company because my garage door wouldn't stay shut. Matthew said my motor was getting weak. He fixed the problem but due to its age, wasn't sure how long it would last. He was very nice and I feel he worked with me to understand the issue. Richard and Lawrence came out a couple of hours later to install it. They were very nice and polite also. All three of the technicians were quick and very nice to work with. As long as the prices are decent, this is a company I would use again, should another issue arise. I wish all technicians would be as friendly and caring as these three guys were.

He assessed the situation we were having with our garage door and fixed it in a very timely manner. We were very impressed by his manners and his work ethnic. Herschell was awesome! He explained everything he would be doing. After his inspection he throughly explained the results. He was very informative and took his time to make sure I was educated on garage door maintenance. Also he was quick. I was throughly satisfied with my service. Jonathan Hyatt came to my house and knew pretty quickly what was wrong with the garage door. He was very polite and explained what needed to be done as well as the cost of the repair. He fixed the door pretty quickly and made sure it worked to my specifications. I am very pleased with the repair and know who to call should anything else go wrong with the garage door.
