I received a lightning strike to my garage door opener on 5/22 /26. Your technician, Aaron came out on 5/26/26. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that my opener was bad. He gave me several options to choose from for replacement. Aaron quickly and efficiently changed out my door, instructed me on proper operation, and cleaned up work area. Aaron should be considered an asset to your company, and I would not hesitate to use him in the future, if needed.

I was super pleased with my experience and the technician, Joe Baggett. He was very thorough in assessing my problems and provided detailed information of my options. I ended up purchasing the Smart WiFi connected Lift Master that came with a Lifetime motor warranty. Joe worked very hard for over 4 hours on installing my new garage door opener and replacing my hardware. He helped me program everything and even helped program my car. I appreciate his hard work and am very pleased with my new garage door opener. It is super fancy and makes me feel safer!

Our garage doors are 23 plus years old, and we had a failure of one of the Springs, which is an internal Spring on our particular doors. With the complete systems being that old and the failure of the internal Spring on one door we decided to have a complete rebuild of both doors. We called precision door service and within 2 hours. They had a representative on site, giving us several different estimates. As to the repairs that we could choose from. Joe came over and gave us a complete estimate and answered all of our concerns and was very professional period, this was on a Saturday afternoon, I opted to wait till Monday morning to have the repairs done and Sean,The technician came out was very cordial, on time and answered each and every question that was presented to him . These 2 representatives of this company, are excellent representatives for this company and the whole process could not have been any better. No I didn't get multiple estimates, because price can't be put on knowldge and experience!

My door would not open so I called 3 different companies for service. 2 of the 3 would be 2 days before service but Precision was at my within and hour & a half. A broken spring was the problem. I called your company because my garage door wouldn't stay shut. Matthew said my motor was getting weak. He fixed the problem but due to its age, wasn't sure how long it would last. He was very nice and I feel he worked with me to understand the issue. Richard and Lawrence came out a couple of hours later to install it. They were very nice and polite also. All three of the technicians were quick and very nice to work with. As long as the prices are decent, this is a company I would use again, should another issue arise.
