On January 21st we had an on-site estimate for 2 new wood garage doors. We were supposed to get an estimate the same day. We have called 3 times to get the estimate by email and have not gotten it. Have requested it sent to multiple email addresses. So apparently several weeks later they are so busy we can’t even get an estimate. Not impressed

Ross is an absolute genius when it comes to Overhead doors! We had 60 14'x12' doors installed and he was there day and night to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly. I could not ask for better service, the tech (Travis) took one look, had it diagnosed and had it done in a matter of minutes. He also notice the switch had worn down and asked me if he could replace it before I had a chance to ask him. (My wife has asked me for years to do that.) I am the owner of a company myself, and I would use Travis as an example on how to conduct business. He was very knowledgeable, has a great attitude, pleasant to talk to and was very professional.

On the service side (both from my first call in and the technician that came onsite), I give Precision 5 stars! All three employees I dealt with were very professional, super quick to help and dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Very impressed! So why 4 stars? While the service pricing was reasonable, especially for the level of service, I also purchased a new piece of equipment that was unrelated. They charged me more than double the amount I would have paid for it anywhere else. ($125 vs $55). That is a little annoying but I had already agreed to the overall estimate before I realized that price discrepancy. The moral of the story is great company to do service level business with but maybe check the price of new equipment before agreeing to anything.

There were two different lm828 gateways in the Service Titan price book. One was 75.00 and the other was 125.00. Technician was unaware he had selected the wrong model. We have since taken care of the issue in the price book and immediately requested a refund to our billing department. Management reached out to involve you in a solution. Garage door opener stopped after storm power surge, I used internet search to find garage door service and saw 3 in my area. I chose Precision Door reading their highly rated reviews and seeing they were in the area. The call answered immediately and appt set 2 hours. Travis and Isaiah were courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem and presented options and why it occurred.
