Precision Door was recommended by Overhead Door which now does only commercial installations. I was impressed by the effectiveness, knowledge, and efficiency of the technician who evaluated our old system, and who provided an estimate for rejuvenation of the four-decade-old system. He returned the next day and in 2 hours replaced the motor, spring, rollers, etc. He gave me instructions on use and maintenance of the new hardware. I was amazed at how quiet the new system was, and how easily the garage door was raised and lowered. I should have done all of this months ago!!

Isaiah came out today to give us a quote on a new garage door. He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very easy to work with. We placed our order and look forward to seeing him again when he returns for the install!

The technicians are very professional, timely and helpful. The product quality is very poor. The old garage door opener I replaced had worked well at my house for over ten years. I bought a new garage door opener from Precision and it lasted slightly over a year and had to be replaced but was not covered by warranty. I then paid for a new one that lasted less than 6 months before I had to pay several hundred dollars for repair. I was told the problem was moister. With the humidity in Mobile, AL there will be moisture accumulation in almost any garage.

I am a retired Sears service man, so I know how to do repairers. But since retiring I have a problem with my one shoulder. So when the spring broke on our garage door, I did not attempt to fix it. Called for service & Isaiah came out the next day. He gave me a fair price and repaired it on the spot. I could tell, he was well trained and knew what he was doing. My wife & I are very satisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the services of Isiah Sellers with Precision, a truly outstanding service technician. He was knowledgeable of my specific door intricacies and equipment and could identify and diagnose the issue promptly. Isaiah adjusted the torsion spring assembly, upgraded door rollers, and completed a safety inspection. Isiah exhibited the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend their services.

About 6 weeks,We got the call to install. The technicians were very professional. They cleaned up everything. We already have a friend that's going to purchase the same door we have. She is just going to get a different color.

Before, having services done on 05/26/23, the garage door, sounded as if it was going to fall any time it was opened or closed. The Technician that came, Isaiah Sellers, was able to access the problem right away. The door itself was fine, but everything else related to the door needed repair. Wish I had recorded the sound of the door before and after. The end results are GREAT. I would highly suggest Precision Door Service with total confidence. Isaiah was very helpful with any questions, and did a great job.
