My garage door stopped working and I contacted Precision Door Service. Isaiah came to my home and evaluated the garage door and explained what needed to be done to repair it. He was very professional and provided estimates for the options that I could choose from. I chose the rebuild option that comes with a 10-year warranty. He completed the job in less than two hours. I recommend this service.

Same day repair and good, professional experience all around. The tech knew what he was doing, provided an exact cost and handled (a broken lift spring) what I thought would be a big deal with ease.

The guys that came out to do the service call were very professional ,They were confident that they could do the job. The guys did their inspection of the job and gave me an estimated price ( when I called in as well as upon the visit I told them that it was too replace the wood package on the door).the guys gave me a quote on the price, I asked if he was sure that they looked at the complete job and everything else was fine (I was told and I quote "Sir I do this everyday We have checked everything") I agreed to have the job done. The next day when the service tech came out to complete the work ( I took It upon on myself to remove the Vinyl siding around the door opening to ensure that it did not need to be replaced). The service Tech asked if they looked at the job because they did not quote me a price for enough wood. I told him that I removed the siding that morning to see for myself If the 2 X 4 YP did not need to be replaced an they needed to be replaced. he said that he was sorry that I was not told about having to replace the 2 X 4 X 8 YP , but he would get me a price. As a customer I don't like being told the day of service about an additional price when I already in too the job.Other then that small problem everything else was Great. (I did not see Senior discount on invoice)

I found out about 8:00 Friday night that the spring on the garage door had broken and the door would not raise. I called after 7:00 am on Saturday and a tech was at the house and had the door fixed by 10:00 am.WOW!!! I have used Precision Door before to perform service at my previous home, and this is the same performance I have come to expect from them. This company knows how to treat their customers right.

Timely service, shows up when they say they will, stand behind their work. Had a door issue, turned out to be covered by warranty from almost a year ago.
