Website offers same day service, first available 3days later. Scheduled service 12-2 arrived after 2:30 Gave dispatch exactly what was broken and needed repair, sent a technician that had no intention of touching a tool. Gave me an estimate for door replacement and did not fix anything. Had no interest in fixing the problem (tension cable came off, still full length still attached) Late, useless DO NOT call these people.

Precision had installed our system at least 10 years ago, so after that good experience, I called them Wed afternoon and got an appt for Thurs aft which became Thurs morning because the tech got through with his first call early. Jake was professional, friendly, courteous and checked the system thoroughly before making suggestions. I agreed with his analysis. Service was good but because of a bad design on outside key pad I had to pay $49.95 service call and $89.95 for new designed key pad. Since precision installed a bad designed I should have been given a break on the $49.95 service call.

I had to leave my wife to deal with the repair. When I came home I find that they have sold her two new complete door systems. Everything but new doors them self . A repair that should have been way less then $1000. ends up being almost $2000.00 I would think that if you really care about new and old business you wouldn't have made this big of up sale with just a women there. Will you to deal with this in your own way.
