Precision garage door service was awesome! My call was answered promptly and the appointment was made. The technician sent a friendly text to say he was on his way. I like the way the text had his picture so I knew who was coming. Antonio Gilcrest was so friendly and polite. We needed the sensors on our door lowered to meet code and he serviced our garage door quickly and efficiently. He also checked everything to make sure our garage door was working properly. I highly recommend Precision garage door service!!!

Precision Door installed the garage door in my shop. They did good quality work installing the door and I wanted the same quality service for the opener installation. Precision Door did do a quality job of installing the door opener. Installer took the time to explain the operation of the opener, remote touch pad, and the wired opener. Samuel Blocker did a great job on everything!

Cameryn came out to detect our issue with our gate for our apartment community. He was amazing explaining everything from top to bottom to make sure I understood what the issue at hand was. We had received a few quotes all telling me I had to replace almost everything, and Cameryn came in and found the issue and saved us thousands of dollars! Will only being using precision moving forward.

I called late evening om Wednesday and spoke to Lori. She was friendly and professional when I let her now my garage door would not open. She advised me that she have someone to my home the next day to determine the problem and gave me the cost for the visit. Lori called the next morning at 8 a.m. to say that her person would arrive at my home between 10 a.m. and noon. Blake arrived at 10:30 a.m., advised me the cable had broken and I gave him the okay to fix the door. He completed the job at 11:40 a.m. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. I would advise this company to everyone who needs garage door repair.

The door was installed a few years ago by another company. We have had various problems and the Precision's technician isolated several things that had not been correctly previously installed. Everthing is working tip top now.

My neighbor just last week had a garage door issue she wanted me to look at for her and it was no minor thing. She called Precision who came the next day and completely reworked her door that day and treated her fairly and respectfully, she was boasting about it for 5 days straight then my luck ran out ironically and my door snapped a spring rendering it inoperative. My usual garage door sales and service company was on extended holiday so I gave Precision a call. Short of the long, Aaron came out and insisted my set up and done quite a few issues I was wholly unaware of and helped get me on track figuratively and literally. Sam arrived later that day and replaced everything but my door and both of them were above and beyond professional courteous and friendly. I can't say enough or speak highly enough about these two and Precision as a whole. Never again will use it recommend anyone else for any kind of garage door service!
