Precision Door installed the garage door in my shop. They did good quality work installing the door and I wanted the same quality service for the opener installation. Precision Door did do a quality job of installing the door opener. Installer took the time to explain the operation of the opener, remote touch pad, and the wired opener. Cameryn came out to detect our issue with our gate for our apartment community. He was amazing explaining everything from top to bottom to make sure I understood what the issue at hand was. I called late evening om Wednesday and spoke to Lori. She was friendly and professional when I let her now my garage door would not open. She advised me that she have someone to my home the next day to determine the problem and gave me the cost for the visit. Lori called the next morning at 8 a.m. to say that her person would arrive at my home between 10 a.m. and noon. Blake arrived at 10:30 a.m., advised me the cable had broken and I gave him the okay to fix the door. He completed the job at 11:40 a.m. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. I would advise this company to everyone who needs garage door repair.

This is for the young man who did show up after the guy yesterday was so late that I rescheduled. I understand he had a problem with the place before me so I didn't mind rescheduling. So he was very professional and helpful but he didn't have the replacement we needed. We paid him 275.92. He said someone would come out and replace it. I certainly hope so after 2 days now 3. We paid for the service in advance. I really didn't like that. He was very nice and I will give him a good evaluation . Hope to hear from you soon.
