This is for the young man who did show up after the guy yesterday was so late that I rescheduled. I understand he had a problem with the place before me so I didn't mind rescheduling. So he was very professional and helpful but he didn't have the replacement we needed. We paid him 275.92. He said someone would come out and replace it. I certainly hope so after 2 days now 3. We paid for the service in advance. I really didn't like that. He was very nice and I will give him a good evaluation . Hope to hear from you soon.

My tech. Was Joe Baggett. He was great called me when he was 10 min out. Arrived on time was very polite and professional. He gave me 3 options, explained each all of which were fairly priced. He completed the repair very quickly. I will definitely use them again when needed. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs. Antonio was absolutely the best. Not only did he call prior to arriving, he even asked if it was ok to arrive early. Dylon and Sam came by o time. Received a text and phone call and email from company and Dylon saying Dylon was on the way and then Dylon called and said he was in the way with a picture of him and biography sketch. Amazing! And when they got here he told me the repair options and prices. Reset tension spring and replaced rollers and lubricated and aligned track. Done in less than one hour! Best of the best! 5 stars plus!! Would highly recommend! Thank you Dylon and Sam and Precision Door,!
