I called late evening om Wednesday and spoke to Lori. She was friendly and professional when I let her now my garage door would not open. She advised me that she have someone to my home the next day to determine the problem and gave me the cost for the visit. Lori called the next morning at 8 a.m. to say that her person would arrive at my home between 10 a.m. and noon. Blake arrived at 10:30 a.m., advised me the cable had broken and I gave him the okay to fix the door. He completed the job at 11:40 a.m. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. I would advise this company to everyone who needs garage door repair.

This is why we went with Precision when we had to replace the lift, and now the spring. Antonio Gilchrist was very pleasant and professional. My tech was really trying very hard to sell me a new opener system. It was really annoying after awhile. There was nothing wrong with my current opener system. Very minor adjustment on mine.

Precision way exceeded my expectations!! Carey and Jack were absolutely wonderful!! Carey explained everything so well, and then Jack did an amazing job the next day in the 100 degree weather for 3 hours!! He did an excellent job and showed me everything he did!! This is for the young man who did show up after the guy yesterday was so late that I rescheduled. I understand he had a problem with the place before me so I didn't mind rescheduling. So he was very professional and helpful but he didn't have the replacement we needed. We paid him 275.92. He said someone would come out and replace it. I certainly hope so after 2 days now 3. We paid for the service in advance. I really didn't like that. He was very nice and I will give him a good evaluation . Hope to hear from you soon.
