Dylon and Sam came by o time. Received a text and phone call and email from company and Dylon saying Dylon was on the way and then Dylon called and said he was in the way with a picture of him and biography sketch. Amazing! And when they got here he told me the repair options and prices. Reset tension spring and replaced rollers and lubricated and aligned track. Done in less than one hour! Best of the best! 5 stars plus!! Would highly recommend! Thank you Dylon and Sam and Precision Door,!

Isaiah came out today to give us a quote on a new garage door. He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very easy to work with. We placed our order and look forward to seeing him again when he returns for the install!
