I called your company on Friday afternoon and Isaiah Sellers came today, Saturday. He diagnosed my problem, discussed costs with me and I have a new garage door opener and new door lift. I am very happy. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and got the job done in no time.

Dylon and Sam came by o time. Received a text and phone call and email from company and Dylon saying Dylon was on the way and then Dylon called and said he was in the way with a picture of him and biography sketch. Amazing! And when they got here he told me the repair options and prices. Reset tension spring and replaced rollers and lubricated and aligned track. Done in less than one hour! Best of the best! 5 stars plus!! Would highly recommend! Thank you Dylon and Sam and Precision Door,!
