We were very pleased with the service Jordan Pilgrim provided to us today. Jordan was very knowledgeable, respectful and kind during his service call. My husband asked several questions and Jordan was able to answer them all without hesitation. Jordan was efficient and knows his job very well. GREAT, FAST SERVICE. Antonio, our technician, deserves more than 5 stars--totally helpful, qualified, kind and patient with these two senior citizens. Offered hints as well as instructions on periodic lubrication of door. Will certainly recommend Precision to others and continue to call for assistance and yearly maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had Dylan come out today to find the error in the garage door and why it would not open. What a friendly great personality. He had a helper with him who also was very polite and friendly. They had the job done within 10 minutes and a working door. I absolutely love your company. Every tech that’s ever been here has been professional and polite and very friendly. I will tell all my friends about Precision Door when they need work find or replacement.

In addition, they made a recommendation for some brackets which sounded like a good idea to me and we added that, so I did purchase a product, but it was not on the list. We are an existing customer and have called Precision in the past. This opener system came with our new Adams home about 6 yrs ago and we've had several issues over the years. The repair would have cost half of what a new system cost so we decided to go with a new. There was no pressure to go this route and both repair techs were very professional. They promptly took care of everything. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. The office was very prompt in setting up the appointment too.

Chris, the technician, was great. Gave me different options to fix my door. Replaced the springs and rollers and installed a new motor security bracket and keypad. Explained everything. Never pressured me to buy anything. And was just an awesome young man. I will highly reccomend your company to anyone looking for service.
