Precision Door installed the garage door in my shop. They did good quality work installing the door and I wanted the same quality service for the opener installation. Precision Door did do a quality job of installing the door opener. Installer took the time to explain the operation of the opener, remote touch pad, and the wired opener. Samuel Blocker did a great job on everything!

I was impressed when I bought the garage door a few years back and they still had the same service for the repair I needed this time! Extremely impressed! I got same day service, troubleshooting and repair while they were there. I was given a couple options but no pressure on upgrading or anything. Response time and communication was amazingly fast. Michael, the tech was professional and very knowledgeable. Overall awesome experience!! 10 stars if possible!

Our Liftmaster opener has not worked properly for a couple of years. Door would go down and then pop back up. Your company was recommended through our neighborhood Facebook page. The young man that serviced us Richard Jones called to let us know when he was arriving and he was on time. He also was quite personable and diagnosed our problems right away. We did take his advice and replaced the springs and the bearings. Our only concern was the cost. I found the parts to be really expensive and when I checked online with a general question about springs and bearings I found that these parts were really on the high end. That's why I gave a 4 star plus need time to see how door holds up. I would definitely recommend this technician but am still taken back by the high cost of the parts.
