We could not be more pleased with our service. Blake arrived a few minutes early and was very professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job. He explained everything before he started, addressing safety issues and our options. He went over the quote before beginning work. After finishing the work, he walked me through everything that had been done, answering all of my questions. We highly recommend Blake and Precision Garage Door Service.

We had used a different service before, they charged twice as much as Precision and actually tightened the spring too tight. This is why we went with Precision when we had to replace the lift, and now the spring. Antonio Gilchrist was very pleasant and professional. He also gave good maintenance recommendations that I have never received before. Am definitely giving 5 stars.

Second time using Precision Door for my garage door needs. First time they came out & replaced a broken spring & it made sense to replace both because of age. Today Precision Door came out as one of my garage door opener motors had problems ( usage & age )& I decided to replace the garage door opener that included : motor, track with belt (instead of old chain technology that was original ) hand opener “clicker”, electric opener for inside garage, eye balls for bottom safety door closure . I was very impressed with Samuel Blocker the Tech that removed old garage door opener & installed the new system. Samuel was very knowledgeable , professional,quick, polite , cleaned up work site & went thru the operating system with me . I was so impressed with Samuel & Precision that we are going to replace the other garage door opener & have it scheduled . Precision’s office was polite & easy to communicate with on phone in setting an appointment ( no need to wait for several days for a Tech to come out like other company’s I’ve tried & give an estimate or “texting “ as a form of communication to potential customers ) & what’s most impressive was that the fact that they were reasonably priced & Samuel did not try to upsell me on anything not needed .. just gave me a few options on garage door openers & made it easy for me to make an informed decision on what worked for our needs ! Antonio did an excellent job of fixing the door. After the fix, he lubricated all the rollers and springs. Power outage caused our door not to open. I called Saturday for a service call. 8:00 am Monday morning there was the repair men, they reset the door for me. Took no time at all. I was only charged for the service fee. They also did the 25 point safety inspection at no cost. I really like this company.

Precision way exceeded my expectations!! Carey and Jack were absolutely wonderful!! Carey explained everything so well, and then Jack did an amazing job the next day in the 100 degree weather for 3 hours!! He did an excellent job and showed me everything he did!! I was so very impressed with both of these guys!! Precision, you have been so very blessed to have found Carey and Jack!! They are such gentlemen, and quite knowledgeable about everything!! I loved them both so much!! I am so pleased with everything!! And feel so blessed to have been able to work with Carey and Jack!! I called late evening om Wednesday and spoke to Lori. She was friendly and professional when I let her now my garage door would not open. She advised me that she have someone to my home the next day to determine the problem and gave me the cost for the visit. Lori called the next morning at 8 a.m. to say that her person would arrive at my home between 10 a.m. and noon. Blake arrived at 10:30 a.m., advised me the cable had broken and I gave him the okay to fix the door. He completed the job at 11:40 a.m. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. I would advise this company to everyone who needs garage door repair.
