I called on Saturday to schedule an appointment for one day the next week. The lady said they could be there Sunday morning at 10:00 am. Antonio showed up on time and had my door fixed within an hour. Very professional, prompt, and fixed the problem the first time. I would highly recommend!

My neighbor just last week had a garage door issue she wanted me to look at for her and it was no minor thing. She called Precision who came the next day and completely reworked her door that day and treated her fairly and respectfully, she was boasting about it for 5 days straight then my luck ran out ironically and my door snapped a spring rendering it inoperative. My usual garage door sales and service company was on extended holiday so I gave Precision a call. Short of the long, Aaron came out and insisted my set up and done quite a few issues I was wholly unaware of and helped get me on track figuratively and literally. Sam arrived later that day and replaced everything but my door and both of them were above and beyond professional courteous and friendly. I can't say enough or speak highly enough about these two and Precision as a whole. Never again will use it recommend anyone else for any kind of garage door service!

Precision garage door service was awesome! My call was answered promptly and the appointment was made. The technician sent a friendly text to say he was on his way. I like the way the text had his picture so I knew who was coming. Antonio Gilcrest was so friendly and polite. We needed the sensors on our door lowered to meet code and he serviced our garage door quickly and efficiently. He also checked everything to make sure our garage door was working properly. I highly recommend Precision garage door service!!!

Both of our garage doors needed repairs to anll parts and we contacted Precision Repair and they sent Antonio out within 3 hours. He checked everything that needed repair and returned next day and did all repairs within 2 hours time. Needed springs, rollers, rubber bottoms& more parts. We were so happy with the great job he did. Wish we could give Antonio Gilchrist a 100 stars instead of the 5. Very nice and helpful guy. Excellent services and person!

Great company always fix things the first time and they communicate often. Just had them out for some door adjustments. Early next week they will replace our door bottom rubber insulation strip.

Website offers same day service, first available 3days later. Scheduled service 12-2 arrived after 2:30 Gave dispatch exactly what was broken and needed repair, sent a technician that had no intention of touching a tool. Gave me an estimate for door replacement and did not fix anything. Had no interest in fixing the problem (tension cable came off, still full length still attached) Late, useless DO NOT call these people.
