Website offers same day service, first available 3days later. Scheduled service 12-2 arrived after 2:30 Gave dispatch exactly what was broken and needed repair, sent a technician that had no intention of touching a tool. Gave me an estimate for door replacement and did not fix anything. Had no interest in fixing the problem (tension cable came off, still full length still attached) Late, useless DO NOT call these people.

Precision had installed our system at least 10 years ago, so after that good experience, I called them Wed afternoon and got an appt for Thurs aft which became Thurs morning because the tech got through with his first call early. Jake was professional, friendly, courteous and checked the system thoroughly before making suggestions. I agreed with his analysis. I used Precision in Mobile before so I know they back their work . Antonio was on time and very knowledgeable. Gave me few options and showed me the root problem rather than just bandaid it . It was up to me and he broke it down for me to choose what we did today . Did great job and now I feel safe to use garage and not get stuck inside or anything fall out of ceiling. Very pleased . Plus on a weekend and no extra charges for that . No service call $ He’s who I will call for any garage issues .

Antonio Gilchrist is very personable, a good communicator who called with lead times on arrival. He got caught up in traffic and let us know he would be late. Antonio performed a safety check and explained what our problem was which he repaired in short order. He then suggested preventative maintenance steps. Great job!
