We were very impressed with Richard and Hayden and our experience with Precision Garage Door. Our opener failed in the morning and they were able to install a new one the same day! Richard explained what happened with our old opener and all the options we had. Hayden installed and showed us how to operate our new opener. The new opener is so quiet! This company is great! The customer service is something to talk about. The communication from the initial call in to all the follow up calls and texts messages are fantastic. The text that introduces the technician is great! Precision Garage Doors are also great at what they do. What they fabricated for us was wonderful and beyond expectation. We have only had two issues ever and each time they came right out and took care of it. Even when one was just ignorance on my part and fear I might mess something up. The technician was kind and didn't make me feel silly! I would 100% recommend this company!
