I’ve been using your company since I believe 2015. Morton my pole barns and garages you have done my doors. I bought this house in 2022. I needed a door and called my door guys. Two days later had brand new door and exactly what I asked for. Had a problem three weeks later, same day you were out and fixed. Here it is 4 years later, had a problem out here within two hours and fixed. Small fee for the overhead is very fair and you guys will always get my recommendation and go all my clients door needs. Thank you for being a great company. Your customer service is unmatched

I requested an estimate to get my garage door fixed. Richard Jones came. Not only was he courteous and professional, he on time. I felt like he was sensitive to my needs and my limited knowledge of garage doors. I have decided to arrange to have your company to install a new door for me. By the way, a friend named Kathy Belcher told me about your company.

Have had trouble for over a year with the sunlight blinding our garage door sensors, having to get in and out of car to use front door. Another company was no help, called Precision based on the reviews. Joe Baggett came out the same day advised us of the solutions for our 16 year old motor and sensors. We scheduled the repairs for the next morning. Justin Byrd was here the next day on time...got right to work installing a new motor and sensors etc and was finished in 3 hours. Both men were professional, answered our questions and concerned. We now have a Door that works, is quiet and too many pluses to address. Thank You Precision Door Services!

Aaron and Justin were both very professional. Aaron explained the problem with my garage door system and presented 3 options for my consideration. I can say there was no high pressure sales. Once i decided what option i wanted, Aaron checked and said Justin could be at my house in about 30 minutes to perform the installation. This was customer service at it's best. Justin did an outstanding job installing the new system. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any of your garage door needs. Great Job guys.

The ease of booking an appointment online was amazing! Matthew called and offered to come early, if that was convenient for me...and it was! He diagnosed the problem and very clearly explained the issue to me. Antonio soon arrived to install a new motor and related assembly. He made sure I knew how everything worked before he left. Both gentlemen were professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company and these two associates!
