I used Precision in Mobile before so I know they back their work . Antonio was on time and very knowledgeable. Gave me few options and showed me the root problem rather than just bandaid it . It was up to me and he broke it down for me to choose what we did today . Did great job and now I feel safe to use garage and not get stuck inside or anything fall out of ceiling. Very pleased . We called on a Sunday morning when our garage door would not open. We were scheduled between 10-12. It wasn’t long before we had a call from Antonio. He came out and diagnosed we had a broken spring. Since the garage door is close to 15 years old we opted to have more than the spring fixed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out he had the parts needed and could do the repairs right then.
