Precision garage door service was awesome! My call was answered promptly and the appointment was made. The technician sent a friendly text to say he was on his way. I like the way the text had his picture so I knew who was coming. Antonio Gilcrest was so friendly and polite. We needed the sensors on our door lowered to meet code and he serviced our garage door quickly and efficiently. He also checked everything to make sure our garage door was working properly. Both of our garage doors needed repairs to anll parts and we contacted Precision Repair and they sent Antonio out within 3 hours. He checked everything that needed repair and returned next day and did all repairs within 2 hours time. Needed springs, rollers, rubber bottoms& more parts. I used Precision in Mobile before so I know they back their work . Antonio was on time and very knowledgeable. Gave me few options and showed me the root problem rather than just bandaid it . We called on a Sunday morning when our garage door would not open. We were scheduled between 10-12. It wasn’t long before we had a call from Antonio. He came out and diagnosed we had a broken spring. Since the garage door is close to 15 years old we opted to have more than the spring fixed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out he had the parts needed and could do the repairs right then. Antonio was professional and did the repairs in a little over an hour. We will definitely use Precision Door in the future.
