He checked everything that needed repair and returned next day and did all repairs within 2 hours time. Needed springs, rollers, rubber bottoms& more parts. MIxed review - the technician was great - the company and the interaction with my warranty company was a complete disaster. I will never allow this company to service any of my issues again. They reported an incorrect cause of failure to the warranty company which caused a denial, they then told me that they called the warranty company and resolved that situation and that the warranty company was going to pay them the claim $499 and they would reimburse me. I have wanted 6 weeks for this to be handled and on calling today Precision now claims they have no record of that situation (like I made up the call that I received) and the warranty company has closed the claim. Neither will do ANYTHING to make this right for me as a customer. Each says it's the others problem or my problem to deal with - amazing customer service.
