We were very impressed with Richard and Hayden and our experience with Precision Garage Door. Our opener failed in the morning and they were able to install a new one the same day! Richard explained what happened with our old opener and all the options we had. Hayden installed and showed us how to operate our new opener. The new opener is so quiet! And we like having the extra code box on the outside. We highly recommend this company and their service people.

He told us what his course of action would be, and explained everything thoroughly when he was finished. We were able to discuss what we may need to do in the future so that we could anticipate the costs and he provided us a quote on the spot. The same afternoon, we had another unrelated garage door issue and they came back right away and resolved it. I was extremely impressed with Richard and the company in general. I called with a problem with my garage door on Monday morning & was first told between 12 & 2 that day, but the technician (Richard) called me and said he could come on to look at my problem before 10 AM. I was very satisfied with him getting to me so fast ! Richard gave me 2 options after looking at my problem & worked really hard to complete my repairs. So far I’m very satisfied with the work he performed. My garage door now seems to be in good shape.

Our Liftmaster opener has not worked properly for a couple of years. Door would go down and then pop back up. Your company was recommended through our neighborhood Facebook page. The young man that serviced us Richard Jones called to let us know when he was arriving and he was on time. He also was quite personable and diagnosed our problems right away. We did take his advice and replaced the springs and the bearings. Our only concern was the cost. I found the parts to be really expensive and when I checked online with a general question about springs and bearings I found that these parts were really on the high end. That's why I gave a 4 star plus need time to see how door holds up. I would definitely recommend this technician but am still taken back by the high cost of the parts.
