10 stars! Chris was scheduled to come, and he called a asked if he could come early, which was great, then he got here and was super nice and informative, did the job quickly and flawlessly, then taught us how to use the keypad (he was VERY patient and helpful as I asked him to explain it to me several times.) We love our new QUIET garage door opener! Give Chris a big fat raise, he was WONDERFUL! Our cats liked him, too
