Tech called ahead because he would be more than a half hour early. We easily rescheduled his arrival. The 'call ahead' is great! His assessment included ongoing, comprehensive, understandable description and explanation with useful instructions for me. He is personable, friendly, and professional. I suggest he give his business card so I can be sure to remember his name if I need y'all's help again. No repair was needed, he did evaluation and recalibrated and lubricated operator and hinges; and instructed me.

My door would not open so I called 3 different companies for service. 2 of the 3 would be 2 days before service but Precision was at my within and hour & a half. A broken spring was the problem. An associate of Matthew's brought the parts and the door repair was completed less than 2 hours. Matthew did a great job. Knowledgeable, polite and ready to discuss Alabama football. ROLL TIDE!

I called your company because my garage door wouldn't stay shut. Matthew said my motor was getting weak. He fixed the problem but due to its age, wasn't sure how long it would last. He was very nice and I feel he worked with me to understand the issue. Richard and Lawrence came out a couple of hours later to install it. They were very nice and polite also. All three of the technicians were quick and very nice to work with. As long as the prices are decent, this is a company I would use again, should another issue arise. I wish all technicians would be as friendly and caring as these three guys were.
