This is the second garage door we have had installed. We were pleased with the first on back garage so when we wanted a front garage door we called Precision. Both times the service men were excellent in installation and telling us what we needed to do and watch for. The ladies on the phone were also clear and patient in telling us when and what to expect. Even with a good product, it takes good people caring and doing their best to keep getting business. You also have good ads that advertise a door could be checked to see if it could be safely fixed. This causes trust also

We were very pleased with the prompt service we received for what was a minor problem we should have caught. We were concerned about trying to do the steps we thought we would have to do to fix the problem. The service man was very patient as I wrote down what had happened and why so we could watch for it in the future. We called Precision because we are looking to replace our garage door downstairs. We only use this garage to see ore our lawn equipment. The door is old and we would like to replace it and add a garage door opener to it as well. Richard came out and looked everything over and was very courteous and prompt. He gave us a quote to have exactly what we wanted installed. We will definitely be going with Precision after we move some things around. I love that they send you a text identifying who is coming to your home and a little background on them. It is great knowing who you are letting in. Great experience, great customer service, great at detailing what needs to be done and a very reasonable quote. I can't recommend Precision enough!

I had a garage door and opener installed. The communication with Precision was excellent start to finish. Technician William Squires arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional. He removed the old door and track and installed the new door and opener in a very timely manner. He took the time to describe in detail proper care of the door to ensure that it remains properly maintained and serviceable for years to come.

I could not have been more pleased with my service. They were able to have someone out the same day I called. The technician was Antonio Gilchrist. He was extremely professional, went over the problem with me and offered a couple of solutions to the problem, letting me choose which was best for me.
