My opener started having problems off and on and today 7/5 it went out. I found Precision online and gave them a call about 10 this am and the lady made an appt. for me today between 11 and 2. Shortly Hayden called and said he could be at my house by noon. He arrived on time and couldn't have been a nicer young man. My 25 yr old opener was done for and Hayden installed a new opener for me and was done by 2:00PM. I paid with a personal check and they take other forms of payment as well. The service was top notch, the price was reasonable and Hayden was great. I highly recommend Precision and Hayden!!

I received a lightning strike to my garage door opener on 5/22 /26. Your technician, Aaron came out on 5/26/26. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that my opener was bad. He gave me several options to choose from for replacement. Aaron quickly and efficiently changed out my door, instructed me on proper operation, and cleaned up work area. Aaron should be considered an asset to your company, and I would not hesitate to use him in the future, if needed.

Lawrence Boley gave us top tier customer service! He was knowledgeable and efficient with diagnosing our garage door issue and quick to repair it. I was super pleased with my experience and the technician, Joe Baggett. He was very thorough in assessing my problems and provided detailed information of my options. I ended up purchasing the Smart WiFi connected Lift Master that came with a Lifetime motor warranty. Joe worked very hard for over 4 hours on installing my new garage door opener and replacing my hardware. He helped me program everything and even helped program my car. I appreciate his hard work and am very pleased with my new garage door opener. It is super fancy and makes me feel safer!
