I purchased my garage door from Precision Garage doors in 2021 after Hurricane Sally. Geat Job and service. I was having some opening control issues. I called the office this morning and I had an appointment for this afternoon! Small service call fee, the tech was Joe, he called when he was on the way and was ontime! the door needed some adjustment. Joe explained the total cost and the repairs could be done TODAY, right Now and the total cost either a check or credit/debit card. Joe was Very professional and polite and explained EVERYTHING! Done andgone, another HAPPY Customer. Thank you JOE and Precision Garage Doors!

Our garage doors are 23 plus years old, and we had a failure of one of the Springs, which is an internal Spring on our particular doors. With the complete systems being that old and the failure of the internal Spring on one door we decided to have a complete rebuild of both doors. We called precision door service and within 2 hours. They had a representative on site, giving us several different estimates. As to the repairs that we could choose from. Joe came over and gave us a complete estimate and answered all of our concerns and was very professional period, this was on a Saturday afternoon, I opted to wait till Monday morning to have the repairs done and Sean,The technician came out was very cordial, on time and answered each and every question that was presented to him . These 2 representatives of this company, are excellent representatives for this company and the whole process could not have been any better. No I didn't get multiple estimates, because price can't be put on knowldge and experience!

Lawrence did a great job. Arrived early, explained our options for a new motor, and showed us the areas on the door that needed attention. After service was performed he explained how the updated system works and how to insure our safety if power goes out or if we leave the house for an extended period of time. My door would not open so I called 3 different companies for service. 2 of the 3 would be 2 days before service but Precision was at my within and hour & a half. A broken spring was the problem. An associate of Matthew's brought the parts and the door repair was completed less than 2 hours. Matthew did a great job. Knowledgeable, polite and ready to discuss Alabama football. ROLL TIDE!

This is the second garage door we have had installed. We were pleased with the first on back garage so when we wanted a front garage door we called Precision. Both times the service men were excellent in installation and telling us what we needed to do and watch for. The ladies on the phone were also clear and patient in telling us when and what to expect. Even with a good product, it takes good people caring and doing their best to keep getting business. You also have good ads that advertise a door could be checked to see if it could be safely fixed. This causes trust also

I called your company because my garage door wouldn't stay shut. Matthew said my motor was getting weak. He fixed the problem but due to its age, wasn't sure how long it would last. He was very nice and I feel he worked with me to understand the issue. Richard and Lawrence came out a couple of hours later to install it. They were very nice and polite also. All three of the technicians were quick and very nice to work with. As long as the prices are decent, this is a company I would use again, should another issue arise. I wish all technicians would be as friendly and caring as these three guys were.
