My service Technician Logan Murray was very professional and super friendly. I must say this is the experience I get all the time from Precision Garage Door. I can tell you all train your associates to be helpful and friendly. You all will stay in business a long time with this type of service. And not to mention , the prompt service you guys offer. I never had to wait a long time on the phone or for a appointment. I will refer you all to anyone that's in need of a garage or even service. I really appreciate you all and love the customer service you all display. From the first phone call until the finishing of the job was superb!!! Thanks again

They were happy to come to my out of town location. Joe was very nice and informative about my opener issues. Joe was very quick and had my new one installed in no time at all. I went with a new opener since my was 20 years old. I love the Linear series it is much quieter than my old one. Best of all I have a company I can call if I have a problem.
