I called the office this morning and I had an appointment for this afternoon! Small service call fee, the tech was Joe, he called when he was on the way and was ontime! the door needed some adjustment. Joe explained the total cost and the repairs could be done TODAY, right Now and the total cost either a check or credit/debit card. Joe was Very professional and polite and explained EVERYTHING! Our garage doors are 23 plus years old, and we had a failure of one of the Springs, which is an internal Spring on our particular doors. With the complete systems being that old and the failure of the internal Spring on one door we decided to have a complete rebuild of both doors. We called precision door service and within 2 hours. They had a representative on site, giving us several different estimates. As to the repairs that we could choose from. Joe came over and gave us a complete estimate and answered all of our concerns and was very professional period, this was on a Saturday afternoon, I opted to wait till Monday morning to have the repairs done and Sean,The technician came out was very cordial, on time and answered each and every question that was presented to him . These 2 representatives of this company, are excellent representatives for this company and the whole process could not have been any better. No I didn't get multiple estimates, because price can't be put on knowldge and experience!

We had a lightning strike at our home causing unthinkable damage. I called two different companies and left messages for someone to please call me back. The third call was to Precision, and they answered the phone on the second ring. I made an appointment for an inspection the next day. Joe came out and looked over the two garage doors and offered several options. He sat down with my wife and I so that we could make the best decision; and then, Joe went to his truck and immediately installed exactly what we asked for from Precision. A few days later, Joe stopped by to install one small part that was not critical but needed to be done. He reset my garage door for the tailgate on my car and helped program my daughter's visor to open and close the new doors. I originally had an appointment Booked for Saturday Morning between 8am - 1000am November 23rd, to my very pleasant Surprise I got a call from Precision on that Friday Afternoon the Day before, offering me a Slot that was Open for that Friday Evening. I accepted an appointment for 430pm. Joe the Technician arrived and after Checking my Garage Door and diagnosing the problem, Joe explained everything to me, did the repairs and was finished in less than a Half Hour. My Garage Door is now working like New ! Joe was very Cordial, a pleasure to talk to, and very Knowledgeable and Professional, leaving me with some good info and tips about how to properly maintain my Garage Door.
