I contacted Precision because they have a good reputation and carry good products. What I also learned quickly was they have very good employees, Joe Baggett took a lot of time assessing my needs. He explained my options. He explained what I didn’t understand. The most fantastic thing was their company actually was able to do the work same day! Hayden Constantine was my Techician. He was prompt, he was able to have all work finished around 4pm. My morning started bad. My garage door wouldn’t open. I am a senior. I could not get it up manually. I felt trapped. Called Precision and had help within an hour. Thank y’all.

Very satisfied with the entire process. Both people that came were very professional and helpful answering all my questions. Only question I have is I bought the LDCO801 it comes with 2 remote controls I don’t think it’s right to remove one of the remotes and then sell it back to me when I already paid for it. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the whole process. I will recommend Precision to people I know.

I was super pleased with my experience and the technician, Joe Baggett. He was very thorough in assessing my problems and provided detailed information of my options. I ended up purchasing the Smart WiFi connected Lift Master that came with a Lifetime motor warranty. Joe worked very hard for over 4 hours on installing my new garage door opener and replacing my hardware. He helped me program everything and even helped program my car.
