I originally had an appointment Booked for Saturday Morning between 8am - 1000am November 23rd, to my very pleasant Surprise I got a call from Precision on that Friday Afternoon the Day before, offering me a Slot that was Open for that Friday Evening. I accepted an appointment for 430pm. Joe the Technician arrived and after Checking my Garage Door and diagnosing the problem, Joe explained everything to me, did the repairs and was finished in less than a Half Hour. My Garage Door is now working like New ! Joe was very Cordial, a pleasure to talk to, and very Knowledgeable and Professional, leaving me with some good info and tips about how to properly maintain my Garage Door. I rate 5 plus Stars, would call Precision again, and would highly recommend !

My tech was really trying very hard to sell me a new opener system. It was really annoying after awhile. There was nothing wrong with my current opener system. Very minor adjustment on mine.

Advertised that they could fix our garage door problem. The service technician did that. So no false advertising there. Also, the price was very competitive to other door garage door openers. The guarantee that comes with the new garage door is way better than came with garage door when we bought the house.

Joe Baggett did an excellent job. He explained everything well so that I could understand why the garage door needed a new motor. He went over all options and then I selected the choice that best met my needs. Once the motor was installed he went over everything he did in detail and showed me how to operate the remote. He also set up the remote to work from my car. I appreciate the service he provided. It was excellent.
