I was impressed when I bought the garage door a few years back and they still had the same service for the repair I needed this time! Extremely impressed! I got same day service, troubleshooting and repair while they were there. I was given a couple options but no pressure on upgrading or anything. Response time and communication was amazingly fast. Michael, the tech was professional and very knowledgeable. Overall awesome experience!! 10 stars if possible!

I am a retired Sears service man, so I know how to do repairers. But since retiring I have a problem with my one shoulder. So when the spring broke on our garage door, I did not attempt to fix it. Called for service & Isaiah came out the next day. He gave me a fair price and repaired it on the spot. I could tell, he was well trained and knew what he was doing. My wife & I are very satisfied.

After a number of garage door issues, I contacted Precision about a quote for door replacement. Tommy Mitchell and his assistant Elisha responded. I explained my situation and let them know I had had service from precision in Pensacola to replace a spring then to adjust the door when a cable came off. I further explained that I would prefer to repair me current door rather than buy a new one. Tommy surveyed the door and determined that the springs were incorrect. He corrected several errors by replacing the springs and readjusted the door overall. The door works better now than it has in a very long time. All this was done at no cost to me because of previous mistakes in repair. Tommy Mitchell was absolutely courteous and professional. Elisha was also a fine young man. My thanks to both for there assistance and kindness. Looks as if I will not need a new door right now, but when I do, I will certainly purchase it from Precesion Door in Mobile. Thank you.

Bobby called and told me he was running a little late, but said he would be here between and 8:45 and 9am which he was and that was in the middle of the window that had been given to me of 8-10. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took heim about 15 or 20 minutes and the problem was solve. He also explained a noise that I hear every once in a while and told me not to worry. This is actually a combination of two reviews. I first came into contact with Chris Brown on 07-06-2018 at which time he replaced a broken spring, along with a few other hardware replacements on my garage door. The repair worked perfectly. Then yesterday, 08-13-2018, I noticed that the garage door was not opening completely. I immediately contacted Precision Door Service and their response was to have Chris Brown return within a couple of hours. He arrived, once again, exactly as they had said he would. Upon arrival he immediately noticed that one of the brackets near the top of the door had come partially loose. He quickly reattached the bracket and the door now functions perfectly again. I must say that I am impressed by the quick response both times to my request for service. On both occasions, Chris was professional and informative. I am very satisfied with both the individual (Chris) and company response.

My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was great. Kirby explained everything and checked with me throughout the whole process.
