Dwayne Moore was our technician and I cannot say enough about his performance. He was very professional and he took the time to explain what was needed to repair our garage door and bring it up to maximum efficiency! It works better now than it ever has since our home was built in 2019! Before the breakdown, it had always been very noisy. After Dwayne finished, you could barely hear it operate! Dwayne is a very pleasant young man who truly cares about his work and his customers. He basically rebuilt our garage door! Kudos to Dwayne Moore and to Precision Garage Door Service! You now have a lifetime customer!

Tech called ahead because he would be more than a half hour early. We easily rescheduled his arrival. The 'call ahead' is great! His assessment included ongoing, comprehensive, understandable description and explanation with useful instructions for me. He is personable, friendly, and professional. I suggest he give his business card so I can be sure to remember his name if I need y'all's help again. No repair was needed, he did evaluation and recalibrated and lubricated operator and hinges; and instructed me.
