I used Precision in my last house four years ago and was completely satisfied with the service and staff. I called Precision on Monday afternoon and Lawrence was there by 5pm. He diagnosed my problem and showed me my options. I made my decision and Blake came out the next morning and replaced everything but the door. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of everyone at Precision! They were all so friendly and polite. The office staff was fantastic to contact me after I scheduled an appointment online and follow through with another call with an earlier time available. Overall positive experience with PDS. Technician (Michael B.) was knowledgeable and professional. I can't say PDS is the least expensive option since I did not get multiple quotes for the work performed (replace rollers and replace door bottom rubber seal and added trim around the door). But, PDS was able to book me an initial estimate appointment quickly once I made the initial contact and they did the work the 2 days after I agreed to the price. Company called me after the work to see if I was satisfied with their service. So all around a good experience.
