Richard was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained some possible scenarios before he assessed the problem. He told us what his course of action would be, and explained everything thoroughly when he was finished. We were able to discuss what we may need to do in the future so that we could anticipate the costs and he provided us a quote on the spot. The same afternoon, we had another unrelated garage door issue and they came back right away and resolved it. I was extremely impressed with Richard and the company in general. I NEVER provide feedback in surveys and they were so amazing, that I wanted to share the news! We will use them again!

My neighbor just last week had a garage door issue she wanted me to look at for her and it was no minor thing. She called Precision who came the next day and completely reworked her door that day and treated her fairly and respectfully, she was boasting about it for 5 days straight then my luck ran out ironically and my door snapped a spring rendering it inoperative. My usual garage door sales and service company was on extended holiday so I gave Precision a call. Short of the long, Aaron came out and insisted my set up and done quite a few issues I was wholly unaware of and helped get me on track figuratively and literally. Sam arrived later that day and replaced everything but my door and both of them were above and beyond professional courteous and friendly. I can't say enough or speak highly enough about these two and Precision as a whole. Never again will use it recommend anyone else for any kind of garage door service!

My opener started having problems off and on and today 7/5 it went out. I found Precision online and gave them a call about 10 this am and the lady made an appt. for me today between 11 and 2. Shortly Hayden called and said he could be at my house by noon. He arrived on time and couldn't have been a nicer young man. My 25 yr old opener was done for and Hayden installed a new opener for me and was done by 2:00PM. I paid with a personal check and they take other forms of payment as well. The service was top notch, the price was reasonable and Hayden was great. I highly recommend Precision and Hayden!!

Precision garage door service was awesome! My call was answered promptly and the appointment was made. The technician sent a friendly text to say he was on his way. I like the way the text had his picture so I knew who was coming. Antonio Gilcrest was so friendly and polite. We needed the sensors on our door lowered to meet code and he serviced our garage door quickly and efficiently. He also checked everything to make sure our garage door was working properly. I highly recommend Precision garage door service!!!

Sam was the technician assigned to help with with my garage project. I was surprised that they could schedule me same day for an appointment. His work was professional and greatly appreciated. Very satisfied with the entire process. Both people that came were very professional and helpful answering all my questions. Only question I have is I bought the LDCO801 it comes with 2 remote controls I don’t think it’s right to remove one of the remotes and then sell it back to me when I already paid for it. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the whole process. I will recommend Precision to people I know.

Dwayne Moore was our technician and I cannot say enough about his performance. He was very professional and he took the time to explain what was needed to repair our garage door and bring it up to maximum efficiency! It works better now than it ever has since our home was built in 2019! Before the breakdown, it had always been very noisy. After Dwayne finished, you could barely hear it operate! Dwayne is a very pleasant young man who truly cares about his work and his customers. He basically rebuilt our garage door! Kudos to Dwayne Moore and to Precision Garage Door Service!
