Precision had installed our system at least 10 years ago, so after that good experience, I called them Wed afternoon and got an appt for Thurs aft which became Thurs morning because the tech got through with his first call early. Jake was professional, friendly, courteous and checked the system thoroughly before making suggestions. I agreed with his analysis. It was up to me and he broke it down for me to choose what we did today . Did great job and now I feel safe to use garage and not get stuck inside or anything fall out of ceiling. Very pleased .
