I called with a problem with my garage door on Monday morning & was first told between 12 & 2 that day, but the technician (Richard) called me and said he could come on to look at my problem before 10 AM. I was very satisfied with him getting to me so fast ! Richard gave me 2 options after looking at my problem & worked really hard to complete my repairs. So far I’m very satisfied with the work he performed. My garage door now seems to be in good shape.
