Called for service this Morning . Spring on Garage door was broken . Lovely young Lady said She would work Me in Today. Outstanding service , as She did so . Their Service Technician, Richard , arrived late afternoon . He was Outstanding ! Did a complete inspection of the Garage Door System . Found what was needed and Fixed same . He and his Assistant were very Professional and a pleasure to talk with . What can I say . This is a top notch American Company with service oriented Employees . A true pleasure to deal with. Our garage door's motor had issues so we called Precision for help. Katrina set up an appointment for the same afternoon and the technicians, Alex and Zamir, came out for service. After assessing the issue and discussing our options, we decided to replace the faulty unit. The installation took about an hour and we now have and much-needed and upgraded unit. Alex and Zamir could not have been more friendly or professional. It was a great experience from start to finish!
