Texting before arrival. Called before arrival. Assessed the problem and fixed it. Samuel answered my question about how often to lube the joints and spring. Advised me of spider webs can also interfere with the sensors. The remote, sensor and the door button were not the problem. But it was the adjustment needed that he fixed. He has a good eye for mechanical functions. It took just a few minutes and the door quietly does it's job. Excellent professional A+. (A simple but very important adjustment. A+.

Before, having services done on 05/26/23, the garage door, sounded as if it was going to fall any time it was opened or closed. The Technician that came, Isaiah Sellers, was able to access the problem right away. The door itself was fine, but everything else related to the door needed repair. Wish I had recorded the sound of the door before and after. The end results are GREAT. I would highly suggest Precision Door Service with total confidence. Isaiah was very helpful with any questions, and did a great job.

Tommy at Precision Door was awesome. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. Before Tommy arrived (on time), Precision sent a photo of Tommy to my phone. I knew exactly who to expect today regarding my garage door. All I needed was my spring replaced as it broke in half. Tommy did inform me of their services and suggested a few things I may need regarding my door. However, when I informed him I only could afford the spring replacement at the time, Tommy was still the same person at the beginning. I may not have bought a garage door, but he treated me with respect and performed the service "I wanted and could afford at the time". (You know most people get mad when you don't buy something expensive from them.) Tommy is professional. I appreciate Precision for assisting someone with a limited budget. I will definitely keep them in mind when I need any other garage door repairs.

Mike and Van arrived as scheduled. They were both professional and polite. Although I had sticker shock at the prices quoted for the repair; I felt the gentleman were honest and very capable of doing the work correctly and in a short period of time. They arrived at 9am and were finished by 10:45am.

Great service! Came home from work on Wed to a not working Lift Master. Did all the trouble shooting exercises.... no luck. Made an appointment on-line at 10:00 pm Amazingly there was someone to chat with at that time of the night. Made an appointment for the next day and came home to a working opener on Thursday.

Very satisfied with service. Mike the technician was able to quickly diagnosis the issues and provided us with options for the repair. Since our equipment was a little dated, we opted for replacement of some of the parts. The work was done quickly and professionally. We had one minor issue with some old wiring after the technician left. The technician returned the next day and fixed the issue. I will definitely call Precision again if we have a problem.
