Our Liftmaster opener has not worked properly for a couple of years. Door would go down and then pop back up. Your company was recommended through our neighborhood Facebook page. The young man that serviced us Richard Jones called to let us know when he was arriving and he was on time. He also was quite personable and diagnosed our problems right away. We did take his advice and replaced the springs and the bearings. Our only concern was the cost. I found the parts to be really expensive and when I checked online with a general question about springs and bearings I found that these parts were really on the high end. That's why I gave a 4 star plus need time to see how door holds up. I would definitely recommend this technician but am still taken back by the high cost of the parts.

The service was fine. However, the answering service quoted a price that was half of what we ended up paying. Almost felt like a bait and switch. Recommend updating the info your office/answering service quote.

We were very pleased with the work done by our technician, Samuel Blocker. He very polite and professional. He took the time to explain all the work he would be doing from the three quotes he provided, before we selected our quote. I would have Samuel do additional work at our home anytime it's needed.

Great customer service, knowledgeable about the products and supplies they sales and use, friendly, polite, and very professional. Here today to quote price and answer any questions. Tech stated they were same day service company. Would have given a 5 star rating if technician was able to install on the spot. But, he didn’t have the punch angle on his truck to complete install. Just happen to give it to another tech that needed it. I’ve used Precision before to install basic double garage doors with a garage door opener in 2017 and I haven’t had any problems with any of the materials or devices as of today. Everything still works like brand new. I’m adding another garage door opener for the other side of my garage. Highly recommend!????

Service was good but because of a bad design on outside key pad I had to pay $49.95 service call and $89.95 for new designed key pad. Since precision installed a bad designed I should have been given a break on the $49.95 service call.

They responded to call for garage door gasket same day. The Technician was knowledgeable, on-time, and very professional. No work was completed because it will take 5 months to obtain a gasket for the garage door. Estimates were provided for future service and other products. I was not charged a service call fee, because they could not provide the service.

My tech was prompt, let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and sent a picture of himself, so I would know for sure who was at my door. He did all he could to get my garage door motor running, but it had been disabled by an electrical surge caused by the storm. He gave me 2 options, a new one or repair by the end of the month (which was half the price) with a 1 year gurantee. I chose the latter. I was very satisfied with his ability and professionalism.

The guys that came out to do the service call were very professional ,They were confident that they could do the job. The guys did their inspection of the job and gave me an estimated price ( when I called in as well as upon the visit I told them that it was too replace the wood package on the door).the guys gave me a quote on the price, I asked if he was sure that they looked at the complete job and everything else was fine (I was told and I quote "Sir I do this everyday We have checked everything") I agreed to have the job done. The next day when the service tech came out to complete the work ( I took It upon on myself to remove the Vinyl siding around the door opening to ensure that it did not need to be replaced). The service Tech asked if they looked at the job because they did not quote me a price for enough wood. I told him that I removed the siding that morning to see for myself If the 2 X 4 YP did not need to be replaced an they needed to be replaced. he said that he was sorry that I was not told about having to replace the 2 X 4 X 8 YP , but he would get me a price. As a customer I don't like being told the day of service about an additional price when I already in too the job.Other then that small problem everything else was Great. (I did not see Senior discount on invoice)

On the service side (both from my first call in and the technician that came onsite), I give Precision 5 stars! All three employees I dealt with were very professional, super quick to help and dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Very impressed! So why 4 stars? While the service pricing was reasonable, especially for the level of service, I also purchased a new piece of equipment that was unrelated. They charged me more than double the amount I would have paid for it anywhere else. ($125 vs $55). That is a little annoying but I had already agreed to the overall estimate before I realized that price discrepancy. The moral of the story is great company to do service level business with but maybe check the price of new equipment before agreeing to anything.

The replacement of my broken garage door opener was performed in a professional and timely manner. The technician was thorough and explained everything. The opener performs as expected and really is quiet. My only complaint is the price. Considering the price of comparable openers, the installation cost is somewhere around $250. Pretty steep for 1 1/2 hours of work.

Scheduled same-day appointment. Jonathan was very cordial and professional- he arrived earlier than expected and identified himself properly. He discussed every option available without pressuring my decision (although he advised me of personal liability). His work was efficient and thorough. The best part of this experience is that our garage door works again. The overall process is the most unique I have ever been involved with in that I have never previously changed the tire on service providers truck before today. The technician was courteous but never introduced himself so I cannot reference him by name. I think his flat tire had just gotten the best of him. Anyway, the technician showed up on time and I have a working door. I am grateful to Precision and their commitment to prompt service.

Stellar service through and through but the method of payment options need to be upgraded QUICKLY!!.. Making a payment over the phone was very troubling. I would definitely set up a online payment system.
