Technician showed up this morning to perform the services that we ordered did not have the equipment to do the job had to leave the job would not given us a return date of when he would have the equipment to fix the problem

Due to the junction boxes for power being higher then expected it made it unsafe to reach with a ladder. Upon speaking with the customer he understood and was satisfied. Issue was reviewed with Emanual to call the office and move job to hold so that reviews like this could be alleviated. He was instructed by the office to close the job out but was later reviewed with the office that this was not protocol and will not happen again in the future. The fire chief did understand it was not safe to get to the junction box with a ladder and had no problem rescheduling.

Tech arrived early. Very knowledgeable & efficient. I had expected only an estimate since it was Saturday. He had everything I needed on his truck and set right to work. He discussed everything in detail and gave excellent advice. I could not have been more satisfied! I believe his name was Chris. Very pleasant, courteous and efficient. An excellent worker! Definitely 5 stars!
