We were very impressed with Richard and Hayden and our experience with Precision Garage Door. Our opener failed in the morning and they were able to install a new one the same day! Richard explained what happened with our old opener and all the options we had. Hayden installed and showed us how to operate our new opener. The new opener is so quiet! Very satisfied with the entire process. Both people that came were very professional and helpful answering all my questions. Only question I have is I bought the LDCO801 it comes with 2 remote controls I don’t think it’s right to remove one of the remotes and then sell it back to me when I already paid for it. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the whole process. I will recommend Precision to people I know.

He was very professional and he took the time to explain what was needed to repair our garage door and bring it up to maximum efficiency! It works better now than it ever has since our home was built in 2019! Before the breakdown, it had always been very noisy. After Dwayne finished, you could barely hear it operate!
