I needed some work done to my garage doors and saw Precision Garage on Halls Mill Road so I gave them a call. They responded immediately. I had two service technicians (Tommy and Juan) come out the next day and found I had more problems than I knew about. They explained everything, showed me what they were talking about gave me a quote on the spot. I approved the quote and they immediately got to work. When they left my garage doors were working like new. I will definitely continue to have them service my doors from now on. The experience was a good one from the person that answered my call to the technicians very friendly and professional and they actually seemed to care.

I used Precision in my last house four years ago and was completely satisfied with the service and staff. I called Precision on Monday afternoon and Lawrence was there by 5pm. He diagnosed my problem and showed me my options. I made my decision and Blake came out the next morning and replaced everything but the door.
