Have not received any service as of now. We were told that the weather prevented the service from being performed. We are currently waiting for a new appointment to be set.

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable and the products are very good. However, when I tried to call the technician back, our mobile call was dropped, to ask questions about operations and maintenance of my new equipment I was routed to the office, placed on a very long hold and told I could not talk to the technician. I asked several times but I was not allowed to talk to the technician again.

Your prices are very expensive for the amount of time that was spent at the job. Only labor , with no new parts used. Repair guy was there less than 30 minutes and it cost $339.00 for labor, Really? Glad to see someone is making a killing but it wont be off me again. The most expensive car dealers don't charge a 1/3 of that for labor. And this was without any warranty. Will not recommend to anyone I know !

2 gentlemen arrived and came into my garage without face masks. I asked them to wear masks, but they only had enough for one of them WHICH THEY SHARED!

Called on a Sat. Power unit came out if ceiling..attached by 1 screw obviously not in studs. Dispatcher rude...offered 5 day service. No appt set. Said do not offer emergency service although web says 24/7. Did not set appt. Next caller set appt. 5day out. Then Kathy tried to charge service fee..was rude. Install error not put in studs.

I called 2 times prior to requesting a service call to make sure I understood the charge for a service call. I was told twice $49. And change if no parts are needed. I knew it was a simple fix but did not want my 89 year old dad to fool with it. Michael took 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the lose wire and charged me $130. Not sure what the disconnect but not fair

Our $49.95 service fee is a trip for us to arrive and conduct a 25 point safety inspection and provide a written estimate. Our labor rates are $89.95 plus parts for any repairs required. The Hour of labor was applied to the estimate and agreed upon before performing any services. This fee allows us to take full responsibility of the repair. Not happy at all the woman in the office told me that it would cost me 225.00 to have my solar power gate opener installed the installer showed up and told me it would cost 900.00 he said it cost 225.00 for them to come look at it I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
