Allred to ha e garage door service iced do to it would open all by itself at various times or the day. Tech came out and said he couldn't do anything because he didn't bring his device to reset the frequency on the door. I was charged a service fee for doing nothing.

My garage door had popped off of the rail. Called the 800# and spoke with a live person and she was able to set up an appointment for early the next day. Received an email with the technician name, William Squires. Mr. William called the morning of and arrived on time. He was very professional, respectful and honest about my garage problem. Looking forward to having them to install a new garage door for me.

I was coming in to work in the morning with "Overhead door repair" on the top of my "To Do" list for that day; when I saw one of your trucks in the traffic ahead of me. I called your office and set up a service call for the next day (Friday, January 29, 2016). The technician was Kinsman. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was on time, gave me several options for my door repair, and did the repair I chose in an efficient, timely manner. I was able to pay on site with my corporate credit card, eliminating billing, etc. I am very, very pleased, and will most definately recommend your business to my friends and business acquaintances. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.We ordered a single 18 ft. door from this company.Emanuel Striveson was our saleman.He was awesome.He helped us picked the right door.Our door is beautiful.Emanuel told us it would take around 6 weeks for the door to come in. About 6 weeks,We got the call to install.The technicians were very professional.They cleaned up everything.We already have a friend that's going to purchase the same door we have.She is just going to get a different color.
