I called your company because my garage door wouldn't stay shut. Matthew said my motor was getting weak. He fixed the problem but due to its age, wasn't sure how long it would last. He was very nice and I feel he worked with me to understand the issue. Richard and Lawrence came out a couple of hours later to install it. They were very nice and polite also. All three of the technicians were quick and very nice to work with. As long as the prices are decent, this is a company I would use again, should another issue arise. I wish all technicians would be as friendly and caring as these three guys were.
