I called Precision when our garage door wasn’t functioning properly and not having used them before and I was VERY impressed with their service from the lady that answered my call to the emails and texts informing me of what was going on to the service technician. Everyone was professional and friendly. I would recommend them and I will use them again when needed.

The service performed was to adjust the safety switches that evidently got bumped. The only reason I rated the service as a 3 instead of a five was that he tried to charge a commercial rate. The doors are 9 feet tall, not 10 feet. This should have been conveyed to him before hand as the person taking the order was told that.
