We had a broken spring on our Genie Garage door, we could not lower or raise it. Antonio, the technician was great, had replacement springs on the truck and was completed in 1.5 hrs., amazing, put grease on the door and now it works quietly and raised smoothly. They did a great job.

I contacted Precision because I called another company and left a message yesterday and they never called back. I was impressed that someone actually answered the phone when I called and because I work all week…..I was especially glad that they were coming on Saturday to service my garage door opener. I was also impressed that I was sent a text message with the technician’s picture and background information. Antonio Gilchrist was my technician and he was absolutely a joy to meet. He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend Precision garage door service and if all their employees are half as good as Antonio then you have a successful business. I want to add that I was never asked to be sure and do a review and give high marks like most employees do. If I receive good service I will go out of my way to write a good review because customer service is important to me and very few companies these days have good employees that provide the customer service that I received from Precision. I am very happy that the other company did not call back which means I would not have received the prompt and professional service that I received today. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give thanks to a company and young man that truly deserve compliments and 5 star rating. My next project is gutter installation and I found out from Antonio that Precision has a division that installs gutters. I will feel good about calling on them when I am ready to install gutters!!

I chose your company because of two things. First, I noticed that you were 24/7 which indicated to me that you were hopefully on top of things and available when I needed you. The service performed was to adjust the safety switches that evidently got bumped. The only reason I rated the service as a 3 instead of a five was that he tried to charge a commercial rate. The doors are 9 feet tall, not 10 feet. This should have been conveyed to him before hand as the person taking the order was told that.
