Tech called ahead because he would be more than a half hour early. We easily rescheduled his arrival. The 'call ahead' is great! His assessment included ongoing, comprehensive, understandable description and explanation with useful instructions for me. He is personable, friendly, and professional. I suggest he give his business card so I can be sure to remember his name if I need y'all's help again. No repair was needed, he did evaluation and recalibrated and lubricated operator and hinges; and instructed me.

I had Michael come out Saturday and he gave me an estimate for 2 different service options. I needed to think on it to see which option to go with. He said he'd call back to check on Sunday and we could get everything done then. We agreed that a good time to call would be between 1 and 2 after I got out of church. I called about 12pm to follow up. They couldn't reach anyone. I reached back out twice via Live chat 1hr and 2hrs later to try to get service and I still couldn't get anyone to come. The agents all said they left messages. I guess the 24/7 option was just in theory. So now I'm stuck with my garage not working and not much assistance after reaching out three times. Which is unfortunate bc they were recommended by my neighbor.

He also offered optional services to maintain my unit which I declined at this time. He quickly resolved my issue and as a courtesy lubricated my door and explained this should be done periodically. We called on a Sunday morning when our garage door would not open. We were scheduled between 10-12. It wasn’t long before we had a call from Antonio. He came out and diagnosed we had a broken spring. Since the garage door is close to 15 years old we opted to have more than the spring fixed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out he had the parts needed and could do the repairs right then. Antonio was professional and did the repairs in a little over an hour. We will definitely use Precision Door in the future.
