He even blew out our garage with the leaf blower leaving it cleaner than it was when he arrived! Great job!

Power outage caused our door not to open. I called Saturday for a service call. 8:00 am Monday morning there was the repair men, they reset the door for me. Took no time at all. I was only charged for the service fee. They also did the 25 point safety inspection at no cost. I really like this company.

We had a small problem with our electric gate. When closing, there was a 12" gap. Precision sent their technicians who adjusted the opener so the gate fully closed. They were thorough, efficient and very helpful. We would recommend Precision very highly and have to many of our friends.

Precision way exceeded my expectations!! Carey and Jack were absolutely wonderful!! Carey explained everything so well, and then Jack did an amazing job the next day in the 100 degree weather for 3 hours!! He did an excellent job and showed me everything he did!! I was so very impressed with both of these guys!! Precision, you have been so very blessed to have found Carey and Jack!! They are such gentlemen, and quite knowledgeable about everything!! I loved them both so much!! I am so pleased with everything!! And feel so blessed to have been able to work with Carey and Jack!! I called your company because my garage door wouldn't stay shut. Matthew said my motor was getting weak. He fixed the problem but due to its age, wasn't sure how long it would last. He was very nice and I feel he worked with me to understand the issue. Richard and Lawrence came out a couple of hours later to install it. They were very nice and polite also. All three of the technicians were quick and very nice to work with. As long as the prices are decent, this is a company I would use again, should another issue arise. I wish all technicians would be as friendly and caring as these three guys were.

This is the second garage door we have had installed. We were pleased with the first on back garage so when we wanted a front garage door we called Precision. Both times the service men were excellent in installation and telling us what we needed to do and watch for. The ladies on the phone were also clear and patient in telling us when and what to expect. Even with a good product, it takes good people caring and doing their best to keep getting business. You also have good ads that advertise a door could be checked to see if it could be safely fixed. This causes trust also
