When I called in on 9/6/26, I was misled about when someone might come to my house for the repair. I was given a definite date of 9/8/26 but was told I was on the "Will Call" list. I understood this to mead someone would come that day or the next day for the repair. Obviously, no on showed up on those two days. The inspector (1st man) showed up on 9/8/26. No repairs, only an estimate. The pricing for the spring replacement and possibly a few other minor repairs were close to $1,000. Outrageous in my opinion but you did ask for my honest opinion. I was also hit with a repair upgrade that was close to $1,500. I was told the actual repair guy would be here by 10:00 am. It is now 10:45 am and just called me. The pricing is way too expensive, but I have to be able to get into my garage. Your company put in my whole system some years ago and were very reasonable. I now feel I am being taken advantage of in this situation. Again, you asked for my honest opinion. Not sure if I will ever recommend your company to anyone.

I called on Saturday to schedule an appointment for one day the next week. The lady said they could be there Sunday morning at 10:00 am. Antonio showed up on time and had my door fixed within an hour. Very professional, prompt, and fixed the problem the first time. I would highly recommend!

I contacted Precision because they have a good reputation and carry good products. What I also learned quickly was they have very good employees, Joe Baggett took a lot of time assessing my needs. He explained my options. He explained what I didn’t understand. The most fantastic thing was their company actually was able to do the work same day! Hayden Constantine was my Techician. He was prompt, he was able to have all work finished around 4pm. My morning started bad. My garage door wouldn’t open. I am a senior. I could not get it up manually. I felt trapped. Called Precision and had help within an hour. Thank y’all.

Our realtor Christi Cheramie recommended Precision to install our insulated garage door. From the first phone call to the many in between due to necessary special instructions, I was treated so kindly. Jacob did our inspection and was the perfect blend of personable and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly (and I had many since I’m a Northerner moving South for the first time:) scheduling was a breeze and the price was far less than we anticipated. Would highly recommend!!

My door had been done almost a week waiting on someone to come out. I live in a nice neighborhood, but I didn’t like the fact that my wife had to go outside and get in her vehicle. I went online this morning and you guys were the first ones I saw. I liked how you all gave me quick responses on my emails and I like how these two gentlemen came out to my house and handled everything in a timely fashion and once finished, they went over everything with me and made sure I had a good understanding. You guys will definitely be my choice from here on out for my garage door services. I Greatly Appreciate Your Support and Prompt Response. Dylan Byrd and Kevin Jones Are The Best of The Best.

Matthew Long (tech.) was very informative and took time to check out everything before discussing repairs. He was up front about the issue with our system and the difference in a repair or replacement. He called before arriving and arrived on time and gave me several options and could install same day with in 2 hours or so. Very pleased with this company.
