He diagnosed my problem and showed me my options. I made my decision and Blake came out the next morning and replaced everything but the door. Precision Door installed the garage door in my shop. They did good quality work installing the door and I wanted the same quality service for the opener installation. Precision Door did do a quality job of installing the door opener. Installer took the time to explain the operation of the opener, remote touch pad, and the wired opener. Overall positive experience with PDS. Technician (Michael B.) was knowledgeable and professional. I can't say PDS is the least expensive option since I did not get multiple quotes for the work performed (replace rollers and replace door bottom rubber seal and added trim around the door). But, PDS was able to book me an initial estimate appointment quickly once I made the initial contact and they did the work the 2 days after I agreed to the price. Company called me after the work to see if I was satisfied with their service. So all around a good experience.
