Precision garage door service was awesome! My call was answered promptly and the appointment was made. The technician sent a friendly text to say he was on his way. I like the way the text had his picture so I knew who was coming. Antonio Gilcrest was so friendly and polite. We needed the sensors on our door lowered to meet code and he serviced our garage door quickly and efficiently. He also checked everything to make sure our garage door was working properly. Sam was the technician assigned to help with with my garage project. I was surprised that they could schedule me same day for an appointment. His work was professional and greatly appreciated. He volunteered to help with other smaller details of the project I could have done but not as fast as he could. Very satisfied with the entire process. Both people that came were very professional and helpful answering all my questions. Only question I have is I bought the LDCO801 it comes with 2 remote controls I don’t think it’s right to remove one of the remotes and then sell it back to me when I already paid for it. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the whole process. I will recommend Precision to people I know.

Dwayne Moore was our technician and I cannot say enough about his performance. He was very professional and he took the time to explain what was needed to repair our garage door and bring it up to maximum efficiency! It works better now than it ever has since our home was built in 2019! Before the breakdown, it had always been very noisy. After Dwayne finished, you could barely hear it operate! Dwayne is a very pleasant young man who truly cares about his work and his customers. He basically rebuilt our garage door! Kudos to Dwayne Moore and to Precision Garage Door Service! Both of our garage doors needed repairs to anll parts and we contacted Precision Repair and they sent Antonio out within 3 hours. He checked everything that needed repair and returned next day and did all repairs within 2 hours time. Needed springs, rollers, rubber bottoms& more parts. We were so happy with the great job he did. Wish we could give Antonio Gilchrist a 100 stars instead of the 5. Very nice and helpful guy. Excellent services and person!

Im not sure if the technician fixed the problem with our door. The door hesitates when closing at about 3'-4' from closed. The tech adjusted the motor to what he said was an increase in the closing power of the opener. I thought that gravity over coming the door opener's resistance (and springs). The door closes but. the hesitation is still there. When you look at the door from the outside, it looks like the closed door his slightly higher one side. We have a 155 mph rated door. I may have another company look at the problem to see if they come up with the same solution.

He did try to look at the problem with no success. The service performed is incorrect below, but I have to select something to submit the review.

I received a lightning strike to my garage door opener on 5/22 /26. Your technician, Aaron came out on 5/26/26. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that my opener was bad. He gave me several options to choose from for replacement. Aaron quickly and efficiently changed out my door, instructed me on proper operation, and cleaned up work area. Aaron should be considered an asset to your company, and I would not hesitate to use him in the future, if needed.
