Imagine going about your day and you hear a noise so loud you think a car ran into your house! Come to find out it was a spring that popped. So we called Precision and they sent out the BEST technician we have ever encountered, Antonio Gilchrist. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and he got the job done right and in enough time for me to make it to my hair appointment. We will always choose Precision as long as Antonio is our technician. I would give this guy 10 stars if I could.

I called late evening om Wednesday and spoke to Lori. She was friendly and professional when I let her now my garage door would not open. She advised me that she have someone to my home the next day to determine the problem and gave me the cost for the visit. Lori called the next morning at 8 a.m. to say that her person would arrive at my home between 10 a.m. and noon. Blake arrived at 10:30 a.m., advised me the cable had broken and I gave him the okay to fix the door. He completed the job at 11:40 a.m. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. I would advise this company to everyone who needs garage door repair.

February 25, 2025, Mr. Michael Buckley, Technician came out to repair my garage door. Mr. Buckley is very professional in his approach to making an assessment of repairs to be completed. He pointed out and communicated clearly all that needed to be completed. He professionally presented available options. Mr. Buckley completed all repairs in timely manner. Overall, Mr. Buckley is a valuable asset to the company he represents.
