I want to thank Precision for being there during my time of need. I made my call and April took my info, and got the ball rolling. She said I could expect tech. the same afternoon. Within minutes Lori contacted me and said Michael was in my area and could stop over. Information was shared and shortly after Michael called and said he was on the way. Michael was great. He analyzed the situation, got a quote, and within minutes he was repairing my garage door. Michael did a great job. Door is much stronger and works like new. Super job by all. Awesome service! I called on a Saturday morning (others were closed for the weekend) and the technician came within a few hours. He was a nice young man who fixed me right up. I bought a new remote and he fixed the old one so now I have a backup! If I need a new garage door opener (mine is probably 25 yrs old) I will definitely call them. The technician gave me a quote that was certainly affordable and of course better than the one I have. I had him put a sticker by my wall opener so I can easily call them.

This is the way I want to be treated as a customer. Yes, I'm a boomer and grew up in an era when great customer service was normal, not an exception. However, my experience with Precision Garage Door and the Technician, Blake Turberville, was far above expectations. Blake was very knowledgeable, provided a variety of options, answered every question, and did not once try to upsell me. Unbelievably, Blake completed substantial work on the first visit. He had everything he needed to complete the job. Highly reccomend.

He gave us a quick evaluation and estimate of the options available. When we made our selection, he did a very fast repair/replacement job and left behind no mess or parts.
