Our garage door opener went out in very the weekend. I called to get an appointment and the representative on the phone was very nice and helpful the appointment was very easy to obtain. Wonderful customer service from the very beginning of this process. The tech came out and was early very kind and very knowledgeable and did a great job. We love our product and will use this company again and recommend them ti friends and family. Very happy and very pleased.

Overall positive experience with PDS. Technician (Michael B.) was knowledgeable and professional. I can't say PDS is the least expensive option since I did not get multiple quotes for the work performed (replace rollers and replace door bottom rubber seal and added trim around the door). But, PDS was able to book me an initial estimate appointment quickly once I made the initial contact and they did the work the 2 days after I agreed to the price. Company called me after the work to see if I was satisfied with their service. So all around a good experience.

I purchased my garage door from Precision Garage doors in 2021 after Hurricane Sally. Geat Job and service. I was having some opening control issues. I called the office this morning and I had an appointment for this afternoon! Small service call fee, the tech was Joe, he called when he was on the way and was ontime! the door needed some adjustment. Joe explained the total cost and the repairs could be done TODAY, right Now and the total cost either a check or credit/debit card. Joe was Very professional and polite and explained EVERYTHING! I needed an electric gate repaired. I was told by phone that it is $125 service call. While this seems steep, I understood this and assumed they would diagnose the problem and then estimate the repair cost. When he was finished, the repairman said it would be $399.95 for the day! I was shocked and unprepared to pay this; I wanted a diagnosis so that I could decide if it was worth repairing. And although I ended up with a probable diagnosis, I didn't fully have a repair; I still had to buy more stuff to repair it. I was apparently misquoted on the phone. The service call was actually $250 and then hourly labor after that. And when he finally figured out what the problem was, it was because I dug out the manual combined with him sitting on hold with the manufacturers tech assistance. I could have done that for $0 myself. The repairman was very nice, empathetic, and hardworking and he did reduce it to $299.95 since I was misquoted the service call, but still a complete and total ripoff. Will never call again. I guess that's what you have to expect from a large operation like this. Disappointment.

Our garage doors are 23 plus years old, and we had a failure of one of the Springs, which is an internal Spring on our particular doors. With the complete systems being that old and the failure of the internal Spring on one door we decided to have a complete rebuild of both doors. We called precision door service and within 2 hours. They had a representative on site, giving us several different estimates. As to the repairs that we could choose from. Joe came over and gave us a complete estimate and answered all of our concerns and was very professional period, this was on a Saturday afternoon, I opted to wait till Monday morning to have the repairs done and Sean,The technician came out was very cordial, on time and answered each and every question that was presented to him . These 2 representatives of this company, are excellent representatives for this company and the whole process could not have been any better. No I didn't get multiple estimates, because price can't be put on knowldge and experience!

I saw Precision installing a new door at a Ford dealership in Foley, AL. I talked with one of their technicians (Tommy Mitchell), asked for a card. They did an excellent job at the Ford dealership. I called on Thursday 7/24/25 got an appointment for that day and if I liked the estimate it would be installed the same day. Bryson, from the Pensacola, FL office arrived in the afternoon. He gave me an estimate for a couple of different options. I liked one of them and told Bryson to go ahead with the install. Bryson was very knowledgeable, polite, and not pushy. He did a very professional job, cleaned up his trash. Bryson is a very respectful young man. The garage door opener works very well on my existing door. I would recommend Precision to any one.
