Power outage caused our door not to open. I called Saturday for a service call. 8:00 am Monday morning there was the repair men, they reset the door for me. Took no time at all. I was only charged for the service fee. They also did the 25 point safety inspection at no cost. I really like this company.

We had a small problem with our electric gate. When closing, there was a 12" gap. Precision sent their technicians who adjusted the opener so the gate fully closed. They were thorough, efficient and very helpful. We would recommend Precision very highly and have to many of our friends.

Precision way exceeded my expectations!! Carey and Jack were absolutely wonderful!! Carey explained everything so well, and then Jack did an amazing job the next day in the 100 degree weather for 3 hours!! He did an excellent job and showed me everything he did!! I was so very impressed with both of these guys!! Precision, you have been so very blessed to have found Carey and Jack!! They are such gentlemen, and quite knowledgeable about everything!! I loved them both so much!! I am so pleased with everything!! And feel so blessed to have been able to work with Carey and Jack!! I will recommend Precision to everyone and will always come back to them if I every have a problem!! They are absolutely the best of the best!! Very courteous and professional in every way!! My neighbor had work done by Precision, and he recommended them to me!! I will do the same!! Love you Carey and Jack!! Thank you for making my experience the best ever!! I called your company because my garage door wouldn't stay shut. Matthew said my motor was getting weak. He fixed the problem but due to its age, wasn't sure how long it would last. He was very nice and I feel he worked with me to understand the issue. Richard and Lawrence came out a couple of hours later to install it. They were very nice and polite also. All three of the technicians were quick and very nice to work with. As long as the prices are decent, this is a company I would use again, should another issue arise. I wish all technicians would be as friendly and caring as these three guys were.

2nd time using precision door service (after several years) and highly recommend them.......... phone operators are courteous and thorough in asking questions to determine what your problem is...........timely is getting back to you in regards having a technician scheduled to take care of the problem...... always come the same day..... technician calls and text to let you know their name and bio and time you can expect him to arrive....very courteous and professional also and knowledgeable in their skill to do the repair work.......... problem fixed timely and any cost are explained....will gladly recommend this company and their employees ......

Travis and John installed the heavy duty and unbelievably quiet door. They took their time and did a quality installation. They were very thorough and took steps to ensure a sturdy and tidy installation. The door is much higher quality than other doors that I've owned and I've never had a garage door this quiet. The door's operation is very smooth. Precision has done a very good job communicating with me during the entire process.
