Second time using Precision Door for my garage door needs. First time they came out & replaced a broken spring & it made sense to replace both because of age. Today Precision Door came out as one of my garage door opener motors had problems ( usage & age )& I decided to replace the garage door opener that included : motor, track with belt (instead of old chain technology that was original ) hand opener “clicker”, electric opener for inside garage, eye balls for bottom safety door closure . I was very impressed with Samuel Blocker the Tech that removed old garage door opener & installed the new system. Samuel was very knowledgeable , professional,quick, polite , cleaned up work site & went thru the operating system with me . I was so impressed with Samuel & Precision that we are going to replace the other garage door opener & have it scheduled . Precision’s office was polite & easy to communicate with on phone in setting an appointment ( no need to wait for several days for a Tech to come out like other company’s I’ve tried & give an estimate or “texting “ as a form of communication to potential customers ) & what’s most impressive was that the fact that they were reasonably priced & Samuel did not try to upsell me on anything not needed .. just gave me a few options on garage door openers & made it easy for me to make an informed decision on what worked for our needs ! My door would not open so I called 3 different companies for service. 2 of the 3 would be 2 days before service but Precision was at my within and hour & a half. A broken spring was the problem. An associate of Matthew's brought the parts and the door repair was completed less than 2 hours. Matthew did a great job. Knowledgeable, polite and ready to discuss Alabama football. ROLL TIDE!

I originally had an appointment Booked for Saturday Morning between 8am - 1000am November 23rd, to my very pleasant Surprise I got a call from Precision on that Friday Afternoon the Day before, offering me a Slot that was Open for that Friday Evening. I accepted an appointment for 430pm. Joe the Technician arrived and after Checking my Garage Door and diagnosing the problem, Joe explained everything to me, did the repairs and was finished in less than a Half Hour. My Garage Door is now working like New ! Joe was very Cordial, a pleasure to talk to, and very Knowledgeable and Professional, leaving me with some good info and tips about how to properly maintain my Garage Door. I rate 5 plus Stars, would call Precision again, and would highly recommend !

Our garage door's motor had issues so we called Precision for help. Katrina set up an appointment for the same afternoon and the technicians, Alex and Zamir, came out for service. After assessing the issue and discussing our options, we decided to replace the faulty unit. The installation took about an hour and we now have and much-needed and upgraded unit. Alex and Zamir could not have been more friendly or professional. It was a great experience from start to finish!
