Sam was the technician assigned to help with with my garage project. I was surprised that they could schedule me same day for an appointment. His work was professional and greatly appreciated. He volunteered to help with other smaller details of the project I could have done but not as fast as he could. I would highly recommend them to anyone that need garage door installation or repair to the garage door opener motor.

Im not sure if the technician fixed the problem with our door. The door hesitates when closing at about 3'-4' from closed. The tech adjusted the motor to what he said was an increase in the closing power of the opener. I thought that gravity over coming the door opener's resistance (and springs). The door closes but. the hesitation is still there. When you look at the door from the outside, it looks like the closed door his slightly higher one side. We have a 155 mph rated door. I may have another company look at the problem to see if they come up with the same solution.

inviting website However, website did not allow me to specify a lift master gate repair. The technician sent said his expertise was garage doors, not swing gates. He did try to look at the problem with no success. The service performed is incorrect below, but I have to select something to submit the review.

Texting before arrival. Called before arrival. Assessed the problem and fixed it. Samuel answered my question about how often to lube the joints and spring. Advised me of spider webs can also interfere with the sensors. The remote, sensor and the door button were not the problem. But it was the adjustment needed that he fixed. He has a good eye for mechanical functions. It took just a few minutes and the door quietly does it's job. Excellent professional A+. (A simple but very important adjustment. A+.

Had a 12 X 10 door not closing correctly all the time and was getting worse. Looked on line as we are new to the area and found Precision Garage Door that had many reviews that were all good. Called they scheduled me right away and had the door working correctly in 24 hours from the first call to them. Very good. They sent Andrew to look at what we had going on and he figured it out quickly. The door needed a track adjustment was all. If I need garage door work again they will be the first call and I will request Andrew if available.

Precision had installed our system at least 10 years ago, so after that good experience, I called them Wed afternoon and got an appt for Thurs aft which became Thurs morning because the tech got through with his first call early. Jake was professional, friendly, courteous and checked the system thoroughly before making suggestions. I agreed with his analysis. He finished my job perfectly and left me with a functioning garage door!! Yay Jake and yay Precision!!!!!!! Jeannie Gorday

I used Precision in Mobile before so I know they back their work . Antonio was on time and very knowledgeable. Gave me few options and showed me the root problem rather than just bandaid it . It was up to me and he broke it down for me to choose what we did today . Did great job and now I feel safe to use garage and not get stuck inside or anything fall out of ceiling. Very pleased . Plus on a weekend and no extra charges for that . No service call $ He’s who I will call for any garage issues .

The technicians who came to our home were very professional. They gave us an estimate of work needed but at this time we decided not to go ahead with the work. If at any time in the future we would gladly call for their services.
