Absolutely the most outstanding service. From my call early this morning to completion if work, nothing but prompt and professional. Sam arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided thorough explanation if what needed to be done. He also provided warranty info that greatly helped with the repair cost. Dylon and Sam came by o time. Received a text and phone call and email from company and Dylon saying Dylon was on the way and then Dylon called and said he was in the way with a picture of him and biography sketch. Amazing! And when they got here he told me the repair options and prices. Reset tension spring and replaced rollers and lubricated and aligned track. Done in less than one hour! Best of the best! 5 stars plus!! Would highly recommend! Thank you Dylon and Sam and Precision Door,!
