I was searching for a garage repair service online and came across Precision (and a couple of others). I chose Precision because of their availability of same day service and reasonable price quoted. Edward was my service tech, and I liked the professional communication via text and email. A picture of the technician came with the notification that he was on the way, which was great to be able to put a face with the person coming to your home. Edward answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend him and this company!

Garage door opener stopped after storm power surge, I used internet search to find garage door service and saw 3 in my area. I chose Precision Door reading their highly rated reviews and seeing they were in the area. The call answered immediately and appt set 2 hours. Travis and Isaiah were courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem and presented options and why it occurred. The repair was quickly finished and they made sure everything worked, remotes, etc. I will keep business cards to give to our community. Thank you!

We had a broken spring and the opener was on its last legs and very noisy. Emanuel arrived when scheduled, overhauled our garage door and installed a whisper quite opener, set up the remotes for both cars and the outdoor keypad in short order. Outstanding service and great value.

Replaced an existing opener that just needed a coupler but decided to upgrade. Chris did a great job on the install. Unit is quiet but it doesn't trip the light when door is open like I'm used to so that's a disappointment. Haven't had a belt drive before so I will be interested to see how it holds up. Everyone at the company were professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks.
