Scott, who installed my new garage door opener, was polite, hard-working, & efficient, but I wonder why you sent him without the means to give me a receipt and warranty for the product. Premier does workers and customers a disservice. This is the 3rd time I have not gotten a receipt or warranty. Your system needs a customer-friendly make-over. Scott was great!

Tommy came yesterday and in no time had diagnosed a few current issues and advised of some things I might have to deal with a bit later. He replaced my door opener, explained everything I needed to know about the new one, programmed my car opener, and ensured that I was completely satisfied. He was respectful and kept social distance to the extent possible. The experience was a pleasure and though I hope I don't need more work anytime soon, if I should, I would definitely call them!

I was searching for a garage repair service online and came across Precision (and a couple of others). I chose Precision because of their availability of same day service and reasonable price quoted. Edward was my service tech, and I liked the professional communication via text and email. A picture of the technician came with the notification that he was on the way, which was great to be able to put a face with the person coming to your home. Edward answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend him and this company!

Garage door opener stopped after storm power surge, I used internet search to find garage door service and saw 3 in my area. I chose Precision Door reading their highly rated reviews and seeing they were in the area. The call answered immediately and appt set 2 hours. Travis and Isaiah were courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem and presented options and why it occurred.
