I liked that I was told who would be coming to my home, and that the team's photos are on the website so I knew exactly who to expect. I felt very comfortable with them here - both men were friendly, confident and completely professional (as was the girl on the phone when I made the appointment). They took time to educate me on the equipment and even set up my car's built-in remote for me. As far as the equipment, having a lifetime warranty and 24-hour service are a huge plus.

What a great experience in customer service! Calling the office to get an appointment was easy and efficient. Ross and Mike came to the house and assessed my needs and convinced me that a new garage door and opener would be best. No pressure to purchase anything unnecessary but good advice to make improvements to what I had previously. Ross explained the itemized contract very thoroughly. Installation of the garage door and opener went without any issues. Both Ross and Mike were courteous and worked well together. I am very pleased with the service and products from your company. Knowing that I can call for assistance with a new installation is a plus. I would highly recommend this company for the expert customer service and attention.

I found your business on the internet while looking for instructions on repairing my garage door. After reading the customer reviews, I decided to call you instead of attempting the repair myself. The workmen were awesome, I had no problem with them. They were incredibly professional and explained to me everything they were doing. My issue was that the base price they gave was over twice what the woman on the phone told me. I understand that over-the-phone estimates are just ball park figures, but I told her my problem, a broken torsion spring, and she quoted me the service fee and parts. She said nothing about an additional assembly fee which almost doubled the price. I was under the impression that the repair would be under $200. When I called around, I was quoted a price in the same area. I chose this company because of the good reviews and how frank the woman on the phone was. Imagine my surprise when I was quoted a baseline of $350 upwards to $600. They did knock off the service fee since I mentioned the promotion the woman told me about, but even with this discount, it was twice the amount. While I have agreed to the price, and paid, I can't help but feel that it was a little bit of a bait-and-switch. I'm not sure what can be done to stop this from happening in the future, but if, after the warranty expires, I do have another issue with my garage door, I will be thinking twice about calling your company again.

Jason installed a new garage door opener for me today. He seems to be very experienced, answered all my questions and gave me a great overview of my new equipment. He arrived when I expected and did the install in much less time than I had anticipated. I am very satisfied with the job Jason did. You have an excellent employee.

My garage door failed to open Tuesday night, October 14, 2014, five days before a planned two week trip. My first thought was "Well, deal with it when you return. There is no way you can get it fixed in five days." Early Wednesday morning I began to think about the garage door. I realized, I had no idea who to call. So I "Googled" garage door repair for my zip code. There, at the top of the list, was Precision claiming same day 24/7 garage door repair. "Yeah, right!" I chuckled to myself. I called their number at 6:50 A.M. fully expecting a recording. However, a very pleasant (remember it's 6:50 A.M.) sounding woman answered the phone within a couple of rings. She scheduled an appointment. By 6:00 P.M. THAT DAY the door was repaired and operational. It could have been completed by 2:00 P.M., but, I had to accept an afternoon appointment instead of one offered for that morning. I tend to ramble. To bring this to a conclusion. 1.) Great, very informative web site. 2.) They deliver as advertised. 3.) The technician Jason Lites is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, informative techs I have ever met. His responses to my questions were direct and to the point. He showed respect and patience in helping me understand my problem and options for repair. 4.) Excellent company 5.) Exceptional customer service. 6.) Timely follow up. I could go on, but, I think you can tell I'm very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Outstanding service! The spring on our garage door broke late Friday night, I googled garage door repair and your site came up. I called your number after 10 pm Friday night..expecting to leave a voicemail I was surprised to speak to a friendly lady who scheduled a technician for 8 am the next day. The technician called before arriving and arrived on time with the exact parts needed to repair the door. The technician took the time to explain what our options were and did not try to sell us more than we needed. I will definitely recommend your company to everyone I know!
