Antonio arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my opener. After being presented with some different options, I chose to have a new opener installed. Antonio had all needed parts on the truck and quickly had the installation complete. When we called for help with the garage door your people set us up with a technician very quickly. Antonio called us shortly and told us when he would be there. He gave us a quick evaluation and estimate of the options available. When we made our selection, he did a very fast repair/replacement job and left behind no mess or parts. I would recommend Precision for door problems and Antonio is a great technician. He's a nice guy and communicates what is going on and what we need to do very well. We weren't planning on doing this but once the door broke, we are very thankful Precision stood ready to bail us out and get our door back in service Thanks

Imagine going about your day and you hear a noise so loud you think a car ran into your house! Come to find out it was a spring that popped. So we called Precision and they sent out the BEST technician we have ever encountered, Antonio Gilchrist. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and he got the job done right and in enough time for me to make it to my hair appointment. We had used a different service before, they charged twice as much as Precision and actually tightened the spring too tight. This is why we went with Precision when we had to replace the lift, and now the spring. Antonio Gilchrist was very pleasant and professional.
