We had used a different service before, they charged twice as much as Precision and actually tightened the spring too tight. This is why we went with Precision when we had to replace the lift, and now the spring. Antonio Gilchrist was very pleasant and professional. He also gave good maintenance recommendations that I have never received before. Am definitely giving 5 stars.

Great service!!! I called Precision Door Saturday morning, few hours later I received a call from the technician and the next hour or so, Mr. Antônio Gilchrist from Precision Door started fixing my garage door. My garage door stopped working and after some troubleshooting I determined that the spring broke. I called a couple other garage door repair companies, but they weren’t available for service e calls until the following week. I called Precision based on a recommendation from a neighbor, and they were able to send a technician out same day. I was given a two hour window for arrival time, received a text notifying me of which service tech was coming to my home that even included his picture, and the technician, Antonio, called when he was 15 minutes away to give me a heads up. I was incredibly impressed by the communication I received, even before my technician arrived. Antionio provided truly exceptional service, and even went out of his way to thoroughly explain the issue, as well as the recommended solutions, and showed me some preventative maintenance steps I should incorporate into my home maintenance routine. I was incredibly grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
