I am a retired Marine, and I work as a human resource manager for a fortune 500 company for 8 years, after I retired. Antonio came out to repair our garage door which would not open. He analyzed the situation and gave us a quote for repair. He is a very professional individual, and very knowledgeable. His customer service skills are top notch. Absolutely the most outstanding service. From my call early this morning to completion if work, nothing but prompt and professional. Sam arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided thorough explanation if what needed to be done. He also provided warranty info that greatly helped with the repair cost.
