I had to buy a new keypad entry box because of a defective 9v battery attachment pad. I know they have to make some kind of sales between door installs but a new keypad v a cheap battery connector. But I got a new box with a 90 day guarantee. Dylan the serviceman was great and was fast.

Dylon and his trainee were friendly yet professional. Dylon did our major work a few years ago and remembered everything that was done before. He knew right away what to adjust. Turned out to be a small issue. If you have a garage door. Precision needs to be in your list of contacts if/when you need repairs or a new door! You will be happy with the results.
