Dylon and Matt arrived on time as scheduled. (I was able to track their journey to my house, which was helpful.) They listened to my problem (my car ‘button’ was wishy washy when it came to opening my garage door...). After trying the openers (remote and on the wall) they determined that the problem was with my car opener, not the opener itself. The good news: both hand held remotes work all the time, so I’ll keep one in my car until I can have my dealership look into the problem…and hopefully correct with an update! They were professional, personable, and precise! Lon and Matt!

There was an electrical storm a couple of weeks ago that damaged one garage door and messed up the safety eyes on the other door. The Precision repairman came out, assessed the situation, explained the alternatives and the costs associated with each, and replaced one motor, re-built that door, and replaced the safety sensors on the other door all in about 2 1/2 hours. He was courteous, efficient, and did a good job. I would recommend this company to anyone with a garage door issue. You will be very satisfied with the service.

Within 2 hours the two men had finished and made sure we understood operations of the new system What an improvement over the old door lift. Much smoother and quieter. Dear Bobby, My husband and I first learned of your company, Precision Door Service, from a great neighbor, 2 doors west of our house. She gave me the name and phone no. of the business, so I called right away since we had a very troublesome problem ( not being able to open our garage door!). Having health problems at an elderly age with lots of appointments made everything suddenly seem like a disaster and it was! The magic technician, Dylan, came very quickly to our aid. He analyzed everything very quickly and told us we did not need a new door, but a new motor and controls, and some modifications to the way the door tracks hung from the ceiling. It had been a mess, all angled and scary looking. By the time Dylan finished everything, it all looked brand new. He answered all our questions and made sure we got what we needed. He was so very fair and honest and to tell you the truth, my husband and I just absolutely loved him.!!! He took care of us. I understand that he did the work on our neighbors garage door ( to the east of us, and put in a hurricane door!) So if anyone asks us, we will tell the truth. You all are just a great company and my spirits were lifted greatly last Friday when you guys took care of Jack Cameron and me (Pat Cameron).. Thanks so much, Mrs. Pat Cameron
